Very nice people. I've never gad any problems with them and honestly, the employees are the nicest I've encountered compared to other restaurants. Foods good and who cant resist a taco.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! Went here last night for dinner and woke up this morning with food poisoning!! I’ve had it all day and I still feel terrible.. Want my money back!!!! Unprofessional, unsanitary restaurant.
Went through drive thru and ordered Jumbo jack meal... Was the best I've ever had. I've been going to Jack in the box since the '70s. The jumper Jack was better than Burger King in and out and Sonic. Great job everything was fresh and perfect!!!??
Ordered Grilled Chicken Club Salad. I’m very disappointed. I was expecting fresh grilled chicken made on the same day. I ALWAYS order this and always get fresh Grilled Chicken straight from the broiler. This salad wasn’t. They package it as if they have salads waiting in the fridge ready to go with the COLD PRE COOKED CHICKEN INSIDE OF THE CONTAINERS. It makes me upset because if I wanted a pre packed salad, I was better off going to Sprouts which is next door. So if you want salad on the go, come here. They already have it packed and ready to go!
The amount of times I have to go back here because they got my order wrong is astonishing. Once or twice is understandable, after a certain point it's clear the employees don't care.
I ordered a very particular sausage egg and cheese sandwich with tomato and grilled onion with a gentle shake of salt and this place got it perfect. Good service. 5 star because i was picky this morning and they got customer satisfaction 100%. Thanks
Waited 10 min at the window for my food, when I got home my entire order was incorrect. Called the restaurant several times and no one answered. Very disappointed, jack in the box is already expensive fast food. The drive thru lady didn't give me a receipt, I came in shortly after 10pm on Friday November 5th. 22$ now down the drain, sad.
Apparently if you don't speak Spanish they won't serve you through the drive thru at night. Also nobody is gonna take time out of their day to post a good review about Jack in the box. All the 1 star reviews are real and 5 stars were probably made by employees.

Why can't we get are food that looks like the picture?Or just take a picture of the food they just put together at a fast pace.Or lower the price of your food if you're not going to make our food look appetizing when we open it to eat. You're not red robin and their not that expensive but gooood
