Our new favorite place to eat. We will be booking our next birthday party there. We ate without any worries for the first time since being diagnosed with dietary restrictions. The owner and their daughter were there and the explained about their intention to pick better foods that also taste better. Wow I wish I could rate the food more stars!! A must go to place in Arizona.
I had the wonderful experience today of finding this hidden gem! My son has all sorts of food allergies and it’s been very challenging to find a place to eat as a family that will be safe and healthy for him. Today I found it at IF Cafe. I just moved here from Massachusetts and there are not a lot of allergy friendly places back in Mass. Lisa the owner was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and talked with us, genuinely wanting to get to know us and our story. We felt so welcomed and the place is adorable! On top of that the food is amazing, super fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back often! Thank you for the wonderful experience ?
What a phenomenal experience we had at intentional foods. Our our sons have food allergies so it is very challenging to eat out and feel safe. Our meals were not only safe but completely delicious! The french fries were out of this world, loved the Caesar salad, chicken salad, and hacienda bowls. And oh the desserts! From cookies and cupcakes to donuts, everything we tried was out of this world. Thank you so much for creating a delicious and safe restaurant! I would love to see these nationwide.(we planned our trip to Arizona based on this restaurant as it is the only one we know of in the United States that is free from the top nine allergens).
Small little cafe. Great food. The bowls are more than enough for one person. Me and my wife liked the decor and the overall experience. We also loved the Tractor drinks.
I am vegan and have a pepper allergy. The chef prepared my delicious bowl making sure every item was pepper free! I will be found back! My food was delicious, the atmosphere was delightful and the staff were so kind and caring. ❤
Wow!! This has been on my list places to visit and it did not disappoint! I was very impressed with their allergen friendly desserts (the maple cinnamon cupcake was so delicious!) and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their options!

Stopped in today for dinner. I am very impressed by the entire experience. The employees were friendly and accommodating and the food was wonderful. During out meal we had the chance to meet the owners. They had so much pride in their restaurant and that pride is well deserved. I highly recommend this restaurant.
