Today I went to this location and wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card. The cashier Chris H said my gc did not work and I told him I called and told him the balance on the card. He left the register and came back and said his manager told him it would be best if I paid with another form of payment. There was a long line of cars so I didn't want to hold up the line but I was pretty irritated he would tell me that, he didn't even try to figure it out.I came home and called the card balance # on the back of the card and yes I do have money left on my card. I paid for my meal in full. Not happy with this service and on top of that my fries were all cold. :(
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restraunts and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
The customer service at In-N-Out never ceases to amaze me and this location is exemplar! My friend and I stopped here as we were out and about, even at dinner time with the typical 20 car long drive-thru line and four groups in line in front of us, I went to the restroom and the wait wasn't even 2 minutes because we were next by the time I was done and washed my hands. The young lady that was trying orders was courteous, polite, and enthusiastic! I handed her a $100 and, although a didn't have change, she excused herself and apologized about 10 times for not having change and having to make me wait while she got it from the manager. The manager stopped nearly instantly wear she was doing to assist her employee in getting the change and the cashier apologized another couple times as she handed me that roughly $75 change back to me. The food was done in just about 4 minutes, as I expected with the sheer number of orders they were diligently filling, both in-store, through the drive-thru, there were even a couple of deliver service orders that were picked up. As per usual, it was hot, delicious, and exactly what I expect from this customer-centric chain.
My experience was 5 stars but I only put 4 stars because it was my first and only time going to that location, and I'm fully aware that while it was great on that day, other days might not be as pleasant. My food was delicious, the service was cordial and inviting, the wait for the food lived up to the expectation of fast food, the establishment was clean and presentable. If my experiences on other days match the one I had that day, I will definitely be updating this to 5 stars. If your reading this review to decide whether you should try this place out or not, I definitely recommend you do so. The burgers imo was truly amazing, at worst you'll just have a really good meal, at best you'll be satisfied and impressed like I was. Also the restaurant has a unique decor direction if you're into that kind of thing and I thought all the staffs uniforms were really fun.
The rating system doesn't allow me to select 4.5 stars but that's what I give In-n-Out Burger. I first ate at In-n-Out 36 years ago. Over the past two and a half decades they've kept me coming back. I've had some people tell me it's not their favorite but, it's certainly one of mine. Always fresh, always consistent...enough said. Excellent service, quick and accurate. When I go through the drive thru, they always get my order right! The menu is simple: burgers, fries and shakes but, that's the genius and they're excellent at what they do. They also seem to do right by their employees, seems like the company creates a good culture.
It can be daunting to go to In-N-Out and see the ever present massive line, but the are so good about keeping that line moving quickly. They take your order early and it's ready by the time you get to the window, they're so fast. The employees repeat everything back several times and check to make sure you get everything you ordered. I used to not really like their fries but a friend recommended I try them well done and I haven't gone back
I honestly do not get the hype of in n out. I disliked it over 20-plus years ago, and I tried it again when a friend who got in town was hungry, and it was late and open. I still didn't like it. The fries have always tasted like potatoes with dirt. Their burgers are bland. I don't know it's just not my cup of tea.
Simple, delicious and perhaps a little bit evil. I wonder if they actually put crack in that thousand Island, oh I mean secret sauce? Love me some In-N-Out Burger!
I had a screw in my burger!I love this restaurant but seriously, I thought it was my tooth for a minute.
Everything better animal style. Try it on your next burger. Even on fries. Try Neopolitan shake. Try a 4x4 animal style. Clean inside and out. Bathrooms clean to.
