Ronin is fantastic and made me feel very comfortable ordering a sandwich from him after getting multiple sandwiches in a row wrong at another store. It was getting to the point where I was seriously questioning whether the amazing sandwiches (when it's right) are worth it or not (they're seriously wonderful when right). It's a huge relief knowing there is someone who genuinely embodies Ike's philosophy that I can now order from and get a sandwich that won't make me sick.
I *love* Ike’s - but probably won’t order ahead of time again. I ordered my sandwich 3 hrs prior to pickup, and I think it must’ve been made 3 hrs ahead of time because the bread was super soggy when I picked it up and my sandwich fell apart when I tried to eat it. I’ll definitely come back because they have the best sandwiches, but won’t bother placing orders in advance.
6 employees behind the counter, 2 orders on the board, still had sandwiches backed up. Reason is they would rather stand and gossip then work. Sandwiches were handed over cold cause it took 10 mins after they came out of the oven for them to realize the rest of the sandwich needed made. took over 30 mins to get two sandwiches. Slowest sandwich makers alive and will not be back until they get their stuff together. Poor guy was still there that ordered before me
A small sandwich chain with many vegan and vegetarian options, and many of the sandwiches can be made vegan or vegetarian. Their Dutch crunch bread is by far the best and definitely unique to the restaurant. Sandwiches are made to order so it will arrive warm, wrapped in an Ike's wrapper, cut in half, with shredder lettuce and diced tomatoes added as an option. Their fries some with a season salt type seasoning. Zapps chips and fountain and bottles drinks are add-on options as well. All locations have dine in table options and most seem to have outdoor seating. I have rarely came across a rude worker between the 3 locations I have been to. Would recommend for sure.

Terrible experience.. placed our order and no system in this place. It is close to the house so I thought to give it a try and I won't be back. Once they finally were able to figure out the order. It came out wrong twice, food was waisted due to being so gross and soggy. There definitely needs to be some leadership in here. 4 young kids running the show and though they weren't rude it lacked any type of system or leadership. Sandwich lovers beware!! Don't do it.
The worst experience! They had the orders Mixed up and it took like 3 times before they figured it all out. The sides we ordered were horrible. They were soggy and cold they came out first while they were trying to figure out our sandwich situation. Felt like no one knew what they were doing. Will never go back there again. It doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had to to post this.
Very slow. Waited 50 minutes for an online order for 2 sandwiches, which were made wrong. Asked for no pickles on one, and no sauce on the other. My wife couldnt eat the sub because of the sauce. It's definitely not worth what you pay. First time trying and the last time going there. I recomend trying Which Wich if you want a good hot sub that's made the way you want it.
Great sandwiches. The Dutch bread is excellent as well as the Dirty Sauce. We had the Hollywould and the Menage a Trois, both excellent selections. The sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner, and customer service was great. I'm not sure what the complaints are about. Get double meat if you're hungry.
Was one of my favorite sandwich places up until now. Before there was plenty of meat, the dutch crunch bread was perfect, and you even got a caramel apple with it. I ordered a steak sandwich and I ended up with a lettuce sandwich. Also there was no caramel apple to be found. Higher prices for less product at a lower quality. Hopefully enough of these reviews and management will go back to doing things the right way.
