EAT ELSEWHERE!!I got my order to go. The omelet is tasteless & rubber like in texture. Not at all edible. They forgot to pit in all add in's but didn't forget to add it to my bill. The Hashbrowns also are very bland/tasteless, cut into the shape of a small square about half the length of a dollar bill, and was put in its own container. For what reason I'm really not sure as there is plenty of room in one container for both the omelet & the hashbrown. They forgot the cheese on the hashbrown square also. Paid way too much for items that had to go straight in the trash! Regardless of how hungry you are skip this place! I do not recommend eating here! There are plenty of much better options near by.

Waited 15 minutes to place my order, when someone finally showed up to work and helped me. The other people working there didn't care. The waitress complained that they are short staff. That's not my fault, I am a customer that should of been waited on. The waitress made it sound like I was bothering her, just to spend 35 dollars on breakfast for 2. Not busy at all see pictures....

Visited twice, ate here once.First time I visited I came with my toddler son for dinner in January 2022. There was no host and twice, while we waited, older couples who arrived after us, were seated ahead of us. I didn't let this upset me as I figured maybe they didn't realize we were also waiting to be seated. After we were seated, service was slow but food was good. The manager who served us explained that she was understaffed and having to serve and train new cooks in the kitchen, understandable and so I didn't let it put me off making a second visit.Second time I visited, there were six of us, 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived to an empty lobby, again no host. The restaurant was quite but yet we were not seated efficiently. A staff member did come ask how many, but after a long wait in the hot lobby in the evening sun, my husband and father-in-law had enough and we left to get Del Taco at the drive thru. I don't think I could convince my family to go back every again!Overall, the service was very disappointing at this location. I hope things change, or they just won't stay in business!

I've gotten takeout a few times here. The place is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. I do think they don't do dine in though after 9 pm and before 6 am.I love their cupcake pancakes- although it can be a bit sweet- but it is filling and they really do take care with how they package the takeout packages. They put the pancakes, syrup, cream, and frosting in separate containers so it doesn't get soggy. The sunny side eggs were pretty good too.The cashier was pleasant to deal with as well. No complaints! :)

How do you screw up scrambled eggs? Serve them cold! Then, instead of remaking them, use a microwave that rubberizes everything on the plate. But wait, there's more! When the eggs are sent back - for the second time - remake them... Scorched! But the pancakes were good. So there's that.

We had a great waitress, but very disappointed with the cook. Burned our Broccoli in the microwave and when I asked him to just substitute it with another serving of the Mac & Cheese he have me what looked like Kraft Mac and cheese that was like warm! They should stay with breakfast instead!

Manager works way too hard to keep the restaurant moving. All new employees and they only can do what they can do. Younger employees with some experience but follow up needs attention. Food was not hot and customer service training needed also attentiveness needs improvement. Winter visitors are leaving now is the time to train and work on getting customers back and ready for another season after the summer.Salt and pepper shakers sticky tables not cleaned well

Suck that I have to complain like this . My family and I went to this location for breakfasts. I orders the 2x2x2 , well it came out wrong . No biggie ! But took a bite pancakes cold sausage cold and eggs cold . Decided to complain . There short staffed I get it ?( Covid ) they bring me another order again wrong order and sausage cold so now I was upset and had to complain . Yes they fixed my order . By then my wife and kids had all ate and I wanted for my food filled up on coffee . They did nothing to make things right . Also the wait was complaining about the toddler In the booth next to us . Rather out loud . Come on Jesus Christ it’s a toddler and have some respect for your customers. Don’t talk bad about their child out loud.

Service was ok. She did tend to seem inconvenienced with our questions. The soda was down as the waitress says, I would offer soda but the thing don't work its out of the stuff that makes it. CO2 :) No regular tea, only chamomile blend. Pancakes were served cool. Butter would not even spread on them. The hash browns we're perfect as were the scrambled eggs. Perfect temp on those two items. Over all for the price not bad. Does appear they had some water damage in bathroom portion of the ceiling missing an the paint peeling down.

I was very disappointed in this I-Hop! We used to go to any I-Hop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but no more. We stopped in here for dinner, and I ordered a turkey dinner to go. The waitress/hostess was nice but told me they were out of turkey. I said okay, and asked for something else and they were out of that too! The only things on the menu were turkey dinners, turkey sandwiches, a steak dinner, and sandwich, and I finally ended up getting the child's Mac n cheese dinner. My husband got grilled tilapia. We got home, went to eat it, and my Mac n cheese was just like the Kraft Mac n cheese you get out of a box. My husband's tilapia was not very good at all. We were both so very disappointed! I've never been to an I-Hop with such poor selection, and then we're out of everything and even the food they did have was not very good! I won't go back to this restaurant again! Don't waste your time!
