We were seated right away and got our orders pretty quickly. I had a couple specifics on my order and they got them exactly right. When I ordered coffee and said I like a lot of creamer, he brought a whole bowl full of creamers instead of the 6-7 we usually get when we ask for a lot. The food was delicious and the coffee was perfect. What more could we ask for?
This place was pretty good. It got a 4 star cause when people ask for toast it should come out looking like toast not stale white bread. It was probably put in the toaster for maybe 30 seconds if that. Other then that lady who helped us was very kind
We arrived at 5:45am on a Saturday to find Warren alone. Cooking and waiting on a few customers. We felt bad for him. Almost left so as not to add to his stress. Glad we didn’t. He was cool, professional and welcoming. He brought us coffee and water and somehow cooked and waited on three other tables. He took our order, cooked it and brought it out without skipping a beat. Everything was picture perfect and tasted amazing. Help finally arrived at 6:15am. I noticed that they weren’t even close to his level of customer service and professionalism. Warren is truly a remarkable restaurant professional. I gave him a generous tip as I always do when I come across outstanding service.If you go, you may not meet him if he’s not alone, but rest assured, your food will be perfect if he’s in the back.
Great place for a quick breakfast. The breakfast sampler for the 55+ is great you get bacon,sausage, and ham with hash browns,one egg and pancake. Not to much if you still want to eat light.
This IHOP is great. I am two blocks from one. However, I drive 4 mi to this one instead. Always great service. Always easy online ordering. Always quick, accurate, delicious orders. I've ordered here many times and every time I have had a great experience.
Tonight I came in with my kids and had the worst experience I’ve ever had with an IHOP. We had come in and there was a line to check out so we were patiently waiting to be seated, there was someone cleaning the tables that told us someone would seat us momentarily. There were other people already sitting and eating while we waited. When the girl finished checking the last customer in line out she told us that we need to leave because she needed to “sanitize” the tables. It felt very discriminatory due to the fact that the people sitting already and those that had left while we were there were better dressed than we were. It would have been ok to ask us to wait a few minutes but she asked us to leave. Said she’s shutting down for a little bit even though there are still people sitting and eating and someone else was already cleaning the tables and sanitizing them! We will never come back to this branch due to the lack of any sort of respect for customers this woman displayed.
We walked into the Power & Baseline restaurant and were in line behind 2 other couples and no one came to greet us or take names. We waited 10 minutes and still no one came. The 1st couple had already been waiting 10 minutes before we showed up. More people came in and still no one greeted us. We left after another maybe 5 minutes and went to Cracker Barrel and had a much better experience.
First I would like to say that the service from the waiter sucked. The,"guy" who was working as a waiter was very impersonal and non professional. He had a bad habit of calling me, "my guy" and I felt an enormous amount of disrespect from him, as a paying customer. He had never offered me a second cup of coffee, and mentioned that I had several opportunities to order it myself. At 2.99 a cup(teacup), I expect that my coffee cup be filled every time that gentleman comes around to my table. Thumbs down! That's what I say. Go to Denny's instead. Better food, better service.
Curbside order took 15 min longer than the ready time, called to ask how much longer it may be and the guy only said he would bring it out when it’s ready and hung up without answering my question. I almost left. If you know the order is taking longer than expected please contact the customer. Also, the order was made wrong. Very unhappy with this experience. At least they apologized when they brought it out.
