After going to another "24 hour" restaurant, to find they were closed, we found this IHOP location open as advertised. We were greeted promptly and felt welcomed. Chuck took excellent care of us, and the food was great. I highly recommend this IHOP location.
Just had an egg,toast and coffee. Service was GREAT ?, but for 2 of the breakfast paid $21.00. Value for meal is a little high.
We had a great server. I was able to order off of the 55+ dinner menu at 10:30am. It was a nice location for a morning celebration with family.
It was IHOP. I didn't expect much and didn't receive much. The main purpose was to meet with some friends not to eat but we ordered anyway. I believe it was under-staffed. I only saw two people working all the tables, the cash register and front lobby. The staff was very friendly I believe it was very clean. Our orders however were not very good. French fries were undercooked. My friend ordered a salad but they did not have all of the ingredients to make a salad, nor did they have French dressing. So she ordered an egg. All in all our meeting was very successful and we got everything out of our get together that we had expected.I do not believe I would go there to eat.
Great place. Got to love IHOP. They are the same across all the country for good reason...good food. This particular branch, when I was there last at least was nice and clean with friendly staff.
We were seated at a booth tonight, and we come here very often. It's our local IHOP. Weve always enjoyed it. However I really think it's time to have someone deep clean the booths, please!
Wish I had a better experience because I like IHOP, ya'll on 2 strikes though. Twice you didn't have ranch and last night the cook didn't know how to make omelets with just eggs. We will give it 1 more go.
When there is no one in the front to greet you and seat you and you can see staff in the back talking and laughing and once they actually see you they are in no hurry to come seat you it makes you want to walk out! The "manager " Emily was that person. Very poor customer service ?. There was one person who was waiting tables who was working very hard to keep up. Our food was under the light for at least 10-15 minutes and was cold when we got it. I do not recommend this IHOP.
The worst food I have ever had!!!! Incorrect proportions we were eggs and bacon. Eggs were no bigger then a dollar and only gave us 2 small pieces of bacon that were the size of my ring finger and it was gross and burned. Milkshakes more like milk with sugar whipping cream and a tiny bit of Oreo the milkshake wasent even properly mixed. I feel sick after eating this meal. Pancakes we're cold and eggs and bacon was too. Pancakes look like someone just popped them into a microwave. This will be the last time I will ever be eating at IHOP.
The only thing that saved this to a 2 star was the food. Super unprofessional. Waited 10 minutes to even be greated when we walked in. We could hear the kitchen staff being super rude, cussing and being disrespectful, because we ordered more gravy and salsa to go with our breakfast. My boyfriend had no refill or anything to drink the rest of the time we were there. Our server gave us our receipt to pay as soon as our food came out and never came back to check on us. Was more concerned about hitting on a fellow coworker. I will not be returning to this location. Even if brought back I will not eat.
