My visit to the Hooters on Alma School Rd. was a spontaneous and a great choice today. Emilee was my server and was quite prompt in getting to me considering the restaurant was more than 80% full. I took advantage of the Wednesday special of buy 20 wings and get 10 free, a side of tots and a sweet tea. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious. Emilee had everything perfect and also had time for a quick conversation. The restaurant was was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.The only reason I mentioned my complete order is because of the bill. I really didn't order a huge meal but the total was almost $38. It seems to be a lot for a wing joint. The prices have obviously increased as everything else in the world. I have enjoyed Hooters for decades and always will but from now on I will have to save up or eat less when I decide to come back. Lol. The number of Hooters restaurants are on the decline and I guess they are doing whatever they can to survive. Hooters have been doing wings right with a fun spirited atmosphere for a long time and I wish them the best. Emilee did a great job, keep it up. I had a great meal and a great time. Everyone should go here and as always take care of your servers and they will take care of you.
I decided I'd like to go here for Mother's Day. Our server, Lexi, was great! She was responsive and tried to make sure our experience was a nice one. But, if it weren't for her our meal, drinks, and dinner would have been one very unpleasant. I ordered a Legendary Margarita.The menu indicated it's served in a salt rimmed glass on the rocks. What I got at first was a pineapple and tequila. No salt. Lexi was super sweet and went back to the bartender after I informed her of the mistake. She came back with my replacement, which still wasn't what I expected but I didn't want to press the issue and end up with a much worse drink. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, and 6 boneless wings, with curly fries; my fiance got a burger that came with bacon and BBQ sauce. The sticks were fine. Then his burger came and I was told my food would be another 5 minutes. It came and my wings were maybe lukewarm on the inside and the texture was like they were cooked earlier, thrown in the fryer to heat back up, and fries were cold and rubbery. At that point I was just done. We are about half our meals and left.
The food and the staff here was amazing! I thought that their waffle fries were the best thing they had on they're menu!
Great visit. Our waitress Jackie was such a sweetie. Also so was Katie. My son absolutely loved her. Thank you Katie for making his night
Absolutely had an amazing time celebrating my 40th birthday. Great food and great people. The staff was very friendly and made my day. The wings were nice and crisp even with a proper saucing. Can't wait to go back. Keep up the great work everyone.
I love Hooters food its soo good. Best wings and tots but the service sucked, again. Came to this location hoping for better service but no.. and my table was drinking too. I think I'm gonna just start ordering to go.
So the girls are great and always professional. I order the same thing each time we go mozzarella sticks and sliders(dont toast the buns just warm them[the cook keeps toasting them] and med. well on the beef patties [mostly gets it right])Over all great experience every time! Just wish the girls could spend more time at each table!? Thank you Hooters!
Food was good. Over priced. I enjoyed the General Tso flavored wings. Loved the mix of hot and Asian. I came for the wings. Thank you Jackie for the service and making sure we always had what we needed.
Dry wings and high prices....I just spoke to OSCAR and I was VERY disappointed with his careless attitude. I asked why did he choose to let my daughter go from her position and he said because her ginger red hair was unacceptable.He also said it's In the dress code. She was hired with the hair color? on her day off she redid her roots. I don't understand! The male managers are rude and lazy from what I've heard and read??♀️I said so you don't hire redheads? he said no ma'am it's not in the dress code. How slow can you be to say or make such a dumb AS... rule. SUMMER you should be ashamed of yourself. DISCRIMINATION #InJustice... They need to be sued for this mess.
i had a good time enjoying the foods. i had me a Big Fish Sandwich. Curly Fries and Cole Slaw. that was my first time eating at Hooters. hopefully I'll come back again thank you
