Terrible slow service. Mediocre overpriced food. Awful owner who will cuss out customers in front of children and regularly makes a fool of herself on social media.
Ok the first time my son and I ate here, it was great. Their cheese steak is actually very good! My son got the fish n chips which was huge and also very good. The service was also very good.However, the second time, around, not only did they not have the cheese steak available, which was why I took the drive, but I got their brisket sandwich which was decent. But my son ordered a strawberry shake that was no more than 8-10 oz for $6.50. ... Honestly, I've never seen such a rip off for a milkshake in my life!! It wasn't anything extraordinary and it was tiny!! Usually, you order a shake at a diner and it comes with the shake and the extra in the steel cup for that price. Very disappointed in this last visit.
We went to Mesa Arizona for a cheer competition. After the competition we decided to go here, because we had a large party and figured since it's outside seating next to a park, it would be perfect to eat here. When we got there, the manager began to explain to us that they can not accommodate us because of a recent concert that overwhelmed his staff. After convincing him that we would not mind a long wait time for food, one of his waitress brought us a pitcher of water and slammed it on the table and said "I expect to be respected if I'm going to serve you." We immediately got up and left. This place seems like they are content serving on a small scale. I'm just sure there's a better way to come across to patrons.
few weeks ago I ordered pickup online over $30, I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go pick it up to find that they’re closed for an “event”. nothing on their website or ordering systems let me know that was the case. I had to find an employee and ask them what was up an she said the manager would refund me the money, okay cool. it’s been TWO weeks! and still haven’t gotten my refund after calling the store and speaking with a manager and leaving a voicemail. absolutely ridiculous. do not order online unless you want to be screwed out of your money.
While visiting after my children's cheer competition, we stopped for outdoor dining. No where does it state that this place cannot accommodate large parties but we were more than happy to wait. After being able to finally be seated, the server demand immediate respect as if she would not receive it. We're all from out of town and were all currently serving in the military. Never in my life have I been so disrespected at a restaurant. This establishment needs to do some serious revamping with their customer service as our server was so rude to my wife that she left in tears. Do not recommend especially for and groups.

Love the open air outside eating. The food was excellent. The cheese curds are a must - real curds, and the sauce is excellent. The service was okay. They were very shorthanded the night we went. Very disappointed I was never given a receipt. When you spend over $141+ I think it should be a given. I asked repeatedly but it never came. But I would go back again the atmosphere and food was great.
Really fun place with great food. The food is a definite step up from typical diner fare, which is reflected in the pricing. Location is fantastic. No better way to enjoy lunch on a beautiful day at the park. Outdoor seating only. Can't wait to go back and it'll certainly be a staple for my family.
The miso salmon with sprouts is amazingly great. The fries are in point, and a bucket of beer with a great view makes a great experience. I would love to have a date night at this place after a walk through the park at night.
