The staff was courteous and helpful, however the fruit tasted like it was sprayed with some type of chemical. I was able to request and receive a refund without any issues. Maybe we got a bad batch.
We have come to this location several times, sometimes is a good service and good food and sometimes not. This last time I was dissapointed as they took a long time to get our order out. I was #27 and they got out all orders up to #31 before they gave me mine. Since they started my order they had the 3 small icecreams ready except one, so you can imagine once they gave me all the order the ice cream was already half melted. The fruit we order was hard and not ripped at all. And the girls there aleays give you an attitude there. I know this is the last time I will go there.
This was our first time and we are so glad we stopped by. The food was great and the selection of fruit treats was extensive. I can't wait to back and try the Mangonada. Looks amazing.
You won't find ice cream treats like Frutilandia's anywhere else, so awesome and unique! So many options on the menu. Delicious. They email coupons often too
There were no lines when we where there, we had an escamocha and a churro ice cream that were in our table fast

Very upset. I had ordered two raspados with extra cream blended through it with strawberry cheesecake ice cream on top. I order the same thing every time. I had placed my order online. Called ahead to mention I wanted the extra cream added since online doesn’t give you the option. I was told no problem. I arrive and receive my order. There is no cream at all. I tell them that I had called and informed them I wanted this ahead of time. And they at first tried telling me it was there. And usually they’re white milky look all through it. And it was simply red, there wasn’t even any on top like they sometimes do. So I said no there isn’t and they take it back. And just drizzled some on top which ended up going all over the lids and dropped everywhere. I still was very kind and asked them to please fix it properly since now it’s just a mess and I was gunna be in a Uber. And they refused. So I ended up having to leave without my 2/3s of my order. I managed to at least get my large strawberries and cream. But very upset I didn’t get what I paid for.
Love their Strawberry's Con Crema. This place has so many options to choose from, work at a great speed and are super friendly. Not to mention, everything is made wonderfully and tastes absolutely delicious. The employees are extremely helpful with the menu or any other concerns. They have a little area to wash your hands or get cold water. I have loved every visit here and am happy I live so close. You won't regret coming here!!
I'm very disappointed with Frutilandia. I have been a client from Frutilandia for a long time. Unfortunately, in the last four times that I've been there have disappointed me & my family. I've ordered "Escamosa twice" and the quality of the fruit has been terrible, this time, today the container was 50% bananas, the mango wasn't ripped, it was hard,, no granola or coconut. I also bought a "Sonora hot dog" because I remember how delicious they were. This time the bread was hard, seemed it was put on the microwave for a long time. I took a bite and couldn't chew on it. The condiments were tasteless. Unfortunately, many business's owners stop carrying on the quality of their food at their restaurants or perhaps there is no supervision. The staff is great, the food is horrible ?
To start off, I was attended by a young lady with a bun, And had a long sleeve Yesterday. She was super sweet and nice and greeted me very politely. Took my order correctly and called out my order good. I recommend this place. AMAZING! 5 star review thanks to her!!
