My first time at Freddys was fun and full of yummy food. The place has a cool, retro vibe with down to earth people and service.Manager Brittany was doing a really fine job and recommended their California double steak burger which was delicious. A big standout is the cheese curds. Not many places offer this item and I really like cheese curds. These were tasty and a large portion.Service was fast and friendly.

My fries were cold!"Enjoying great food without a long wait doesn’t mean your meal has to be cooked before you order it"...wasn't the case this time around. I like eating at Freddy's - I was hoping this time around the fries weren't cold as before, but still the case. Maybe next time the fries won't be cooked before I order it...

We primarily stopped in for frozen custard, but decided to take a chance on a meal. The "steakburgers" are absolutely excellent, and seasoned perfectly. The fries were very good and, of course, the frozen custard sundaes were simply delightful! Service was friendly & helpful, the restaurant was clean and fun. This is more expensive that your Mcd, but the difference is worth every cent. This one is going on the "must visit" list for the Phoenix area.

Worst Freddy's we have ever been to! We love Freddy's and have never had a bad experience in the past. However, this restaurant was unorganized, had very slow service and was 20% higher than others we have been to. Even the app was not working! On a positive note, the food was up to Freddy's standards.

I was there at 8:22 p.m. and I ordered a large concrete and waited about 10 minutes and I went up to the front to the girl that was doing the ice creams and said that I had been waiting a bit for my ice cream and she said they were backed up and they have to go in order. I understand that but then I waited for about 10 more minutes until another person came up and asked if the little cup of ice cream was mine and I showed him my receipt showing that I got a large concrete. He went immediately to make it and I asked him if my order was even up on the screen anymore and he replied that it was not. So I waited about 20 minutes for an ice cream that wasn't even on screen anymore because it had just been cleared off. The girl that was making ice cream had abandoned her station to go do something else instead of asking me what my ice cream even was. So I thank the cashier for getting me my ice cream and I also thank Brandon who is a manager I'm guessing. They eventually got me my ice cream and I got some complimentary cards to use next time.

A good economical burger joint. Cheese curds are delicious to go with their steak burger. Don’t sleep on their frozen custard as an after meal treat. Plenty of mix-in toppings to choose from to compliment your custard selection.

Good food, taste like all the other Freddy's we've been too. What was so different with this Freddy's location VS the other Freddy's location??? It was the employee that took our order. We knew very well that the lobby closed at 9pm. We arrived at 8pm and knew we had at least 45min to eat our food. Which was well more then enough time. He felt the need to look at his watch and tell us that they closed at 9pm. I did ask him do we not have enough time to order and eat??? He said "yes, but I'm just telling you we close at 9pm and I like to let everyone know"... For the cost of the food you pay for at this place you better be able to just sit down and enjoy this meal without having to feel you gotta hurry up eat and leave.

French fries were totally inedible (way too salty, even though I ordered them with no salt), and onion rings were okay, but the grease had an old, sour aftertaste. Burgers were fine. The chocolate malt was also terrible - way too much artificial chocolate flavoring - and not a hint of malt powder. Sorry, but you can't blame this on covid - you can still serve food that doesn't have to be thrown away, rather than eaten. Th dining room was closed, or I would certainly have spoken with the manager. We won't be back.

Used to go to Freddy's all the time. Been a while. It is now run down. Broken menu screens. Fries were old. Burger was good. Servers were nice.

They put a sign in the door saying lobby closed early due to lack of employees. But you don't get a discount at the drive thu even though it take twice as long but they have 8 to 10 employees doing nothing but sweeping and cleaning. I feel this is a way the managers and owners save money.
