Very nice hotel. The shower is VERY slippery, so be careful. Hope they don’t get sued someday. Television is awful. No streaming. Only satellite tv and channels change slowly, no menu. It is a comfortable hotel other than those 2 things. Glad they kept the big heavy door for the bathrooms, because Marriott is replacing those with glass doors.

The Breakfast is splendid ? ✨️ I had to flag down a waitress when I sat outside , a little surprised that I had not been asked if I needed service. ? Food is definitely delicious and compliments to the chef. Great food

Great staff, clean fresh rooms. Decent location depending on what you are here for, access to major routes, lots of restaurants in the area. Poor basic internet, expensive food and drink in the house restaurant. Honors GSA lodging rates vs other hotels in the area.

Clean well maintained hotel with nice little in hotel restaurant. I was very happy with the service. Beds and pillows were great and also fresh! Too many TV channels but not a reason to drop a start.

If you want to sleep don’t book your stay here. Walls are thin, so thin that you can hear someone cough in the next room over. In addition to this there was a very loud sports team that ran up and down the hall ways till midnight which took about 3 phone calls the first night till it was resolved. The second night was a similar situation. The kids must have been wresting in the hallway or something because someone was body slammed up against our door causing me to skyrocket out of a deep sleep. It was so loud and crazy that I was too scared to leave the room. I did call down to the front desk to advise them of the chaos. The kids did seem to quiet down some however at this point I had turned up the sound of my sleep sound app to the max. So who knows maybe that drowned the noise out. Anyway I’m disappointed that the front desk never followed up with us. When we checked out at the front desk the woman asked my name room number and then just said okay your checked out have a good day. Not once did anyone say “how was your stay?” We obviously won’t be staying here again and will probably stick with another brand completely considering the lack of hospitality training.

For the price, the rooms are small, walls are super thin and you can hear everything! No complimentary breakfast just a small selection at the restaurant downstairs you have to pay for. There are much better options nearby.

I’ve had a couple issues and needed some important documents sent here for work from across the country. Ally working the front counter has been so efficient and beyond helpful to me! If you ever run into an issue and you’re in this area, hopefully you’re staying here because they will definitely help you to their fullest capabilities! Again, thanks Ally and to the entire staff, so friendly and helpful! Very happy I’m staying here for a couple weeks! Anytime I travel out this way for work or fun, I will only be staying here!

Beds are comfortable. Heater is obnoxiously loud. No microwave in every room. Menu for breakfast and dinner VERY limited. Wait staff very helpful. Drivers friendly. Local transportation limited to 5 mile radius. Transport does not include sky harbor airport.

Rooms are dark and dusty. Rooms are wearing down and need a better cleaning. The staff is ok not bad not great. Just ok nothing that went extra mile. You can hear everything in the rooms. By far the worst I have ever experienced. Thin walls. Hear your neighbor all night and day long.

If you are a gentlemen aged 50 plus on business, traveling alone, I believe this hotel is geared to you. The scent used for the hotel lobby is on full blast, as is the music, even at 5am. It is the scent of an older gentleman's after shave and somehow, also the older gentleman who is wearing the aftershave. There is nothing wrong with this, however, no scent would have been a more welcoming choice for those outside of this demographic. I went down to the front desk to request pillows after checking in to the room, instead of calling. I even offered to go to housekeeping. Despite two people attending at the front, I was advised the pillows would be delivered to the room. 5 hours later, after we had gone to bed, the pillows were delivered and smelled strongly of body odor, clearly not laundered. Upon checking, I asked to have my Marriot membership points counted. Front desk would not assist in finding my membership I formation and advised I would need to come back once I had figured out my membership information. Despite having the last four digits of my membership, the emails and all my contact information, I was not even provided with the information of whom to contact. No problem solving offered. We travel for business a great deal to Mesa and simply won't be spending our money here.
