I am a bit of a biscuits and gravy connoisseur so of course I always want to see if different places can live up to my expectations if they provide such on their menus. There is nothing worse than bland country style sausage or bacon gravy in my opinion but that seems to be the standard most everywhere I've been and in some cases very tough hockey puck biscuits to boot. Though, at First Watch, for the first time in a while it was sausage gravy full of life and flavor. The coffee that actually tasted like coffee only enhanced the experience brilliantly bringing out the fennel, sage and spice blends. The customer service was amazing and the menu offers a wide variety of healthy and forget-about-it-its-Sunday-and-calories-dont-count options.May I also suggest the Million Dollar Bacon appetizer for those of us psychopaths who have been infatuated with the salty sweet combo before it was cool. They tend to get crowded fast so get your morning regimen in quick.

This was the best service we have had in a long time! The restaurant was busy, but you wouldn't know it with how much attention we got, along with everyone around us! Our waitress Andrea did everything she could to make sure we had a great time. When she found out I was Deaf and use American Sign Language she started using all the ASL she knew, and was EXCITED to use it! When she saw we were playing games with our 5 and 3 year old, she brought something over to show the kids another game (this made it feel like the wait for food wasn't very long at all!). When we needed her, she was there. The food was great, but what was much more impressive was the personalized attention we received. We can't wait to come back, and hope Andrea is our server again! It was such a nice way to reconnect with eachother, and our kids... and a great way to celebrate Mother's Day just a few days late. Thank you Andrea for making our family lunch date the best, for working hard to communicate with me, and for helping my kids have SO much fun!

I got the egg white omelette w spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes and salsa. It also came w what toast and natural preserves and a small fruit bowl. It was around $11 .I had it w a cup of coffee . Food and coffee - both good! The service was good and the waiter and all were helpful and friendly. Nice ambiance inside and if it's not hot nice outside as well.We went early 8 AM on Friday and beat the crowd. Go! You'll like it!

There are a lot of reasons to love a restaurant. But one of the most overlooked in today's market is great customer service. First Watch is not only a stellar place to eat, it is a top notch customer service experience- Every. Single. Time. I love First Watch. The food is blissful, the prices are reasonable, the vibe is fun and not cliquish, and the staff is by far the kindest, most efficient and helpful bunch of people you will encounter bringing your breakfast.I've been to First Watch many times. Today's visit was with a large group of us- a Saturday morning hockey club. About 15 of us came to enjoy recharging, eating food, hanging with our buds. The staff was super gracious, setting up a long table where we could all be together and enjoy breakfast. The waitress took our drink orders quickly and we were getting drinks quickly. Love it.I ordered 2 poached eggs, a BLT sandwich, potatoe pan fries and toast. The eggs were perfect. The toast was warm and tasty. The panfried potatoes were excellent. The BLT was absolutely stellar. Everything arrived hot and was better than I expected. My son ordered a regular order of pancakes and a plate of million dollar bacon. I tried both as well. They were exceptional. The "regular " sized order of pancakes was two monstrous but fluffy pancakes. Love it.The prices were reasonable, and I had leftovers to bring home, such was the size of the portions. But the star of this location is the lovely staff. Our waitress endured our large crowd, flood orders, additional flood of custom requests and did it all with a genuine kindness and efficiency that made our visit a grwat experience.Love this place! I will continue to return!

I haven’t been to a First Watch restaurant since I was a teenager (currently 36) and I got something super basic back then at a location in downtown Phoenix. Fast forward 20 years and OMG!!?We stopped here for brunch after an appointment in the area before heading back home (we live in Casa Grande). I’m so glad we did because this restaurant is by far the best overall experience we’ve had eating out.The interior decor is absolutely stunning!! Phenomenal energy flowing throughout.?Staff was friendly, helpful, engaging, effective, accurate, and overall pleasant! If I had more cash on hand we would have tipped our server WAY MORE ?! We gave her every bit of cash I had on me.?The food was beautiful, perfectly cooked, tasted absolutely amazing! At one point I’m pretty sure our table closely resembled the “When Harry Met Sally” diner scene lol jk ?All jokes aside, definitely the BEST breakfast food I’ve tasted in my entire life!?I had the pancakes with eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes ?I can’t remember for the life of me what my husband ordered but he was also blown away by the food, staff, and environment.?I wish I could give them more than 5 ?!!!!Pricing is really good especially for the quality you receive!!I also ordered their lavender drink, I think it was called ? “Purple Haze” ??I have and will continue to recommend this restaurant(especially this location) to anyone and everyone who will listen!!?OH! One more thing!! We always order water with our food at all “Dine-In” restaurants and usually it tastes like dirt HOWEVER even the water was amazing!!!Reminded me of well-water from the Blue Ridge Mountains??Thank you so much for giving us such an awesome experience and great food!! We walked away completely satisfied mind, body, and soul! Definitely looking forward to our next visit!?

Been here once before, a long time ago. Super cute spot and friendly host/hostess. I like that you can put yourself on the waitlist from home. Not sure our server’s name but she was SUPER pushy with ordering. It was odd. Not exaggerating- the host had JUST sat us down in our booth and the server wanted to know if we were ready to place our food orders. Drinks sure, but immediately food? We stated we needed more time… she came back 1-2 min later asking again. Nope.. more time please. She gave us another 1-2 min before she asked again (so we were asked 3 times in 5 min if we were ready to order food). I informed her I have only been there once so not familiar with menu, still looking. She finally gave us more time, maybe 3-5 min before asking the 4th time. I get that the restaurant is busy but I don’t like being SO obviously rushed. I was wondering if this was going to be the tone of our entire meal. Also, you can tell before approaching a table if they are still trying to decide (head down, reading menu). Relax…Food wasn’t too bad. Omelette was made with fake eggs and was a little dry since it was a bit over- cooked. Green chili was out of a can. Not very “fresh” ingredients in this dish, sadly. I would maybe try a different location in the future and order something from the griddle instead.

Like the convenience to our location and menu; however, the food is consistently served COLD and more than once the ham on the traditional breakfast is not eatable. It’s either old/spoiled, cold or very very salty. Wish they would fix issues as we like the atmosphere and staff here. These issues are not related to the pandemic as was this way before!

The food and service were great! Unfortunately we were missing some items from our take out order (no syrup for the French toast and waffles and no fruit side). We will definitely go back but need to check our to go order before we leave.

This is my favorite breakfast spot! Everything I’ve tried is tasty and I always get the kale tonic. It’s just so refreshing! The last couple times I’ve been, the wait was a bit longer than I thought it should’ve been, but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt because I know the pandemic has caused staff shortages at a lot of establishments.

I got the million dollar sang ocean it was really very good I would suggest that you get the arugala that comes on the side goes well with it. Biscuits and gravy are my thing and these ones are pretty good their slight peppery but I'd be back for them
