We were there a couple of days ago we ordered a small sandwich and we asked no cheese and still they brought the wrong sandwich twice we have to say something about our food and by the time we left we were very disappointed your staff was just standing around doing nothing when there wasn't any customers in I realized they were making sandwiches for the Ubers but it's still you don't make a sandwich twice that way we asked we will not be returning to that particular Firehouse

The lady working the counter is always great and the food is awesome at this location. I have yet to have anything bad from them.
Ordered the small combo: ladder sandwich and Mac and cheese. It was delicious. It was a little busy, new guy at register so needed to explain what was ordering even though it was my 1st time. Needs more customer interaction, no one greeted me or explained ordering process i stood in the wrong place for 5 mins when finally approached. Food was good.
