My order was being made when one the the workers sneezed directly in front of and onto the counter. Didn’t bother wiping it down afterward. Didn’t bother changing their gloves. This person didn’t even bother to turn around to sneeze at the wall. And when asked if they just sneezed on our food, they lied and said no. This is disgusting. In these days of barely post Covid pandemic I can’t even fathom this happening. I would give less than one star but am unable to. Management please remedy this situation immediately!!!
Doesn't ask if your a rewards member, aren't friendly and too busy talking to each other, Firehouse Sub hero was made with no pickle and it was sooooooooo soggy and sloppy made. Won't return here. Like the one on Southern and McClintock were they are soo nice.
The guy never asked if I was a rewards member, didn't get a pickle, Firehouse Hero sub was so sloppy made and soooooooo soggy, employees not friendly at all. Love my Firehouse on McClintock Rd and Southern. They ask, and even ask if I want a pickle, employees there more cheerful and friendly.
This particular restaurant is OK, I've actually had better at other Firehouse Subs.
Decided to try something different than my usual burgers, so I ordered a large Firehouse Meatball sub.Service was immediate and the food was prepared quickly.Fresh, warm (not so hot that it burns you), and delicious all the way through.Gonna probably get food here every weekend now. Phenomenal.
Somehow this firehouse subs location is incapable of not putting cheese on a sub, even when asked. I will be visiting other locations farther away from where I live rather than going to this store. At least the chips were okay
Christmas Eve 2021, my wife gives birth. Immediately after she gave birth all she wanted in the entire world was a deli sandwich. This Firehouse was open and made me a sandwich about 2 minutes from closing time on Christmas Eve. That's five stars every day and I'm still thankful they were open!
I was immediately greeted by Gabe. He made accommodations on my sub sandwich so it would be fresh for my vacation the next day. I didn't even have to ask! How nice!
Great subs, delicious, fresh, mouthwatering. Subs are full of meat and all that comes with it. Friendly and good service and clean atmosphere. Worth the price.
Ordered through door dash. There was a soup on the order. Was told by the driver the manager wouldn’t do any substitutions and was told to report it missing in door dash. Poor customer service
