Wow! The bread was good, and thats about all I have to say positively about this over priced place. We ordered 2 meat subs. The meatballs were cold, but the cheese was warm. How does that happen? Oh, youvdidnt microwave the meatballs long enough to heat them through! There was a little bit of sauce on them. A tiny little bit. So, basically a cold, dry tasteless sandwhich on good bread. Yeah, no. This was over $20 for 2 sandwhiches. No chips, no drinks. I had no idea marinara sauce was so dear thar you couldn't put any on the sandwhiches. RIP OFF!

First time at a firehouse sub and probably will be my last. Not sure if they have a whole new staff or what. But it took 38 min on the dot to get my sub ready. Other people where waiting there for just as long when I came in.Staff was very flustered and unsure of what's going on. And the food was not that great either. My Cajun chicken sub was cold and very dry!

Delicious! I ordered an Italian on wheat without the Italian dressing. Each of the three people all spoke to me. Very friendly. As I was waiting for my sandwich I watched as one of the cleaned tables. She did a good job.....Not just a hit a a miss, cleaned tables thoroughly. I told her she was doing a good job and she said she always try to clean them good.

Super frustrating when you have a cashier scream at you. We’ve visited this location twice and the cashier has yelled at my elderly mother both times. First time I was with my mother and the cashier even messed up the order when we asked for drinks to be added she never charged us for the drinks and when I asked for the cups she stated oh I’m so sorry I didn’t charge you for them. Second time I sent my mother up to pick up our called in order, and this time she yelled at my mom “We don’t take 50 dollar bills” then my mother looked at and she says Mama yelling we don’t take 50.00 you’ll have to go get change. My mother asked where she could go get change and the cashier said yelling again there’s a bank right over there… We’ve been visiting many firehouse subs and this is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at any firehouse. We will find a new location because no customer needs to be abused like this. Shame on you!!!

I had the new Cajun Chicken sandwich on gluten free bread today and it was sooooo good!!! We had a very large order and it was almost perfect. (they forgot the extra pickles). I don't even care that sandwich was so good! Go try it!!! Thanks to the crew at this store!!

I am very happy with this location because of Wendy. We had a small issue with one of our subs the other night but Wendy corrected it and my son really enjoyed his sub! Thank you so much Wendy. The staff was very friendly and the store is clean. The food is delicious! We will be back to order more subs.

The subs are very good the wait was very long. They didn't make the sandwiches quite the way we asked for them but they were still very good. The person that took our order mumbled terribly she wouldn't even look up at us and we couldn't understand what she was saying it was hard to get her to repeat what she was saying so it was very hard to place our order.I am a former firefighter and I like that they support.

Full of new kids. Service is what you expect from a day care lol. I’ve eaten here 5-6 times because I was at work and had little choice. I wouldn’t even think of eating here on my own time. Super slow. Sloppy sandwich. More sauce on the outside of the wrapper than the sandwich. Spend a small fortune on a sandwich with poor service.

The cashier managed to both mumble and speed through her words, not letting us ask questions or modify orders, not repeating herself in a way we could actually hear what she was saying, and I had to prompt her for my drink cup. Gluten free was an extra $3, and the bun was soaked with mayonnaise and sauce and practically dissolved in my hands. The entire sandwich tasted like nothing.

I absolutely love Firehouse subs. However this time it looked like they were training some new employees which was probably why I had hardly any meat but a whole lot of lettuce on my sub. Was pretty disappointed but I'll chalk it up to newbies.
