Good customer service and good food, a little pricey but you get what you pay for compared to other sub restaurants.

Met with Daughter to eat there. After waiting in line for 6/7 minutes to order, we placed our orders.Another 10 min wait for sandwiches to be made. Finally my name is called!! Imagine my surprise to find out they only made 1 sandwich!! Checking the receipt, the guy that took the order only did the combo ad on for the second sandwich and never keyed in the sandwich.No attempt was made to make it right, I'm not asking for free food but an offer could have been made to make the missing sandwich asap while I paid for it.This isn't the first time I've had a not so good experience with Firehouse, as a norm their service at any location is usually slower than their competitors.
Not gonna lie...this used to be my least favorite firehouse subs location but they must have hired new staff because my family and I ate there last night and the subs were delicious! Before, I don't know what it was but this location just wasn't as good as other firehouse's. We will go back again and hopefully it's just as good! :-)But I will say, this location has always been clean and the staff friendly. I'm just glad this new set of staff have increased the quality of the sandwhiches.
Visited this firehouse this evening and whatever crew was working, bravo! They were incredibly fast and made the experience great! For an order that was taken to-go, I’m beyond happy and will absolutely return! This staff knows how to care for its customers!
I would give zero stars if allowed. Well I visited on Saturday afternoon to enjoy my lunch but when I approached to order I felt very unwelcomed here. The cashier completely ignore me and didn’t say a single word to me until it was time to pay and even when I get my order he just threw it on the counter and pointed to me. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a restaurant ever. Worst customer service ever!
The food was great as always. First time we've eaten here. Our favorite Firehouse subs is in Logan UT
I am super disappointed with the service I had yesterday for lunch. They told us it would be 15 minute wait which was fine, but they also let us know something had happened to the meat cutter or something the previous night, but that our sandwich would still be the same. When I got my sandwich there was hardly any meat at all and stuffed with lettuce. I am very upset because I paid the same price as I would for a normal sandwich with lots of meat. I would have preferred to know that ahead of time so I could have chosen somewhere else to eat. The person I was eating with also had to send his sandwich back a few times for being wrong. I frequent firehouse and usually have great service and great quality sandwiches but I will not return to this location as the whole experience rubbed me the wrong way.
Pass them by. Go to Ned's if you want a good local owned sandwich.(they don't do hot)Ive tried to appreciate this place but I can't. This Review is after my 5th time. The potential is there but management for the youngsters and quality control isn't there.
This is the second time in a row where the orders have been messed up. They mess up sandwiches and sizes every time. It’s really disappointing because I love firehouse but you’ll lose customers this way. Management needs to see what’s going on at this location. It’s pretty bad. Understaffed and not enough training I think.
