Okay, sure, the food is good but...the WAIT!! Why the looooong wait?!!!? With a handful of people in the store, I have to wait all my life just to get one sub. Seriously DO NOT go here if you want to have a normal day. If you have a couple hours to spare maybe give it a try. I've worked at a sub shop before, you can crank out subs. This place is untolerable!! As I write this message, I am still waiting....... I seriously think I'm on some kind of candid camera show trying to look around to see if people are watching me to get frustrated. What....the....F$#&?!!???!!
Poor sandwich quality and sandwich made wrong. Called the store to ask for a refund and they weren't willing to help. Bad attitudes as well. Firehouse is one of my favorites but I will not be going to this location again
Never had a problem with ordering or receiving the right order. Everyone working is always so friendly and provide great customer service.Not to mention, the sandwiches are amazing! There's just something about the bread, it's the perfect combo with any sandwich. I know, I mean you need bread for a sandwich but trust me... It's not hard like some sandwich shops.My favorite sandwich is the tuna with all the fixings. My husband usually gets something more along the lines that includes bacon. You can wrong! Definitely worth it!
Everyone was friendly and professional. They are alot faster then the dobson/southern location. And my brisket sandwich was delicious. Only downside was they didn't have most of the peppers I like on my sandwich but that's not a super big deal.
Don't bother ordering for delivery from here. They intentionally had my order sitting for 30 minutes without bothering to finish it and all they had to do was put soup in a cup. Pathetic! I could make food faster than that.

This location provides consistently poor customer service. They never do the firehouse greeting when customers walk in. Always seem inconvenienced by customers ordering and if you modify the sandwich in any way make sure you watch them make it or they will almost definitely mess it up.
Good food, customer service is average, wait times around 8-10 minutes per sandwich. Recommend ordering ahead.

I went on a shopping trip and ordered online so I could just pick up a couple sandwiches and head home before going to work. The website said my ETA was 5:55, and I arrived a few minutes before. I waited by the online order station until 6:27 at which time someone came over to ask what order I was waiting on. I told him and he brought my order over right then. My order was finished, but for how long? On top of the long wait, I get home and my sandwiches (that were supposed to be hot) were cold, the bread was soggy and its clear that they had been sitting for a while. Why was the order not on the station that the website told me to pick up at? Why did it take so long for someone to ask me what I was waiting on? Thanks to the Firehouse Subs at Dana Park I have melted ice cream, cold soggy sandwiches, and a reprimand for being late to work. Beautiful
