Ordered a Margherita pizza from door dash and I received a sausage pepperoni pizza. I called the store and was told I could pick up a new one but I work from home and couldn't leave. They should have refunded my money or delivered a new pizza. Neither happened. I have the paper they put the pizza on that says Margherita with the sausage pizza on top
I love fired pie and usually have a good, if not great experience, but at this location, it wasn't the case. One of the girl's working at the counter (I didn't get her name, but she's a brunette) is rude and unprofessional. We were ordering our food and she an a bit of had a attitude; we were waiting by the counter and then she dismissed us like that's all. They took our name, so we sat and waited for her to call us. Instead of calling us when it was out she walked over to the warmer and stuck the pizzas in there. We waited for our name to be called only to have the other girl working (great employee) see we were waiting and asked about our order. She proceeded to get it from the pizza warmer and brought it to us as well as apologized on her behalf.
Came here to get an Uber order and the late shift employees stole the food and claimed they never had an Uber order. The employees refused to make the order for me because “Uber should still pay you”, which is extremely disrespectful and careless. These employees defrauded me, a customer, and Uber. This will be reported to the state and federal government. This also caused me damages as I was not paid, missed out on other payment opportunities while they wasted my time, had to use my own gas and car, and had to deal with the mental frustration of all of that.
Awful service at this Fired Pie location, the young staff have no training on customer service, they all seemed annoyed that they had to work, they were on their phones while I was waiting to order, our order took over 20 minutes, and then the staff brought out they wrong pizza to me. All the drinks from the soda fountain tasted too carbonated. The place was dirty. The other fired pie locations at riverview and on raintree and in Tempe are top notch locations. Please look into this locations work practices management/franchise owners. Thank you.
Horrible service. The kids at the counter had a attitude like I was bothering their day. How dare I order a pizza. The rotoli were half the usual size. Will never spend my money here again.
Pizza preparer gave off the impression as if we were keeping her from something. YOUR HERE TO MAKE PIZZA! Not give me dirty looks bc I've never been there. Aside from that exchange the crust was like a burnt cracker and neither I or my guest could eat. Not worth the $$$
Awesome pizza and good service although it was a little slow, they were quite busy.
NOT what they used to be. Sparse toppings and barely adequate customer service. The pizza maker didn't stretch out the shrunken dough so the pizza was much smaller. Noticeably fewer toppings than there used to be. They wanted me to pay for the pizza while I was telling the other person which toppings I wanted. Not sure how that was supposed to work. And finally, the easiest thing for a worker to do is simply say "Thank you". Yeah right - what used to be common courtesy is anything but that. Instead it's "here you go" or "there you are". I just respond with "here I am". They did seem very interested in pointing out where I can leave a tip. This has been the norm for the last 4-5 visits so unfortunately this will have to be the last visit to my formerly favorite pizza place.
First time here and it was delicious. I love the idea of making my own pizza because none of my family likes the toppings I use.
Unorganized staff, they do not seem to understand there job duties outside of making pizza in store. Did an online order and showed up to pick up order at scheduled pickup, only to be told it would be another 35 minutes because they got slammed with walk-ins. Couldn't give me any other reason for not making my pizza when it came across there system. They also didn't offer anything in return for having to wait longer. Not very happy with this service.
