We have always loved this location till recently, the night “shift manager” Sierra is very rude and disrespectful. I waited in line for 27 minutes because they had the walk up window closed, not a huge deal.. then got to the window, only had a 50$, was told they couldn’t accept anything over a 20$, so I said I’d run across the street and break it then be back and Sierra rudely at the window said “Get back in line and wait another 30 minutes it’s not our problem you don’t have a 20$ or a bank card with you” … asked if I could walk up to quickly give her the exact change and grab my already ready drink and she laughed, rolled her eyes and turned away… she talked over the nice employee at the window who was apologetic and very kind, I told them I understand the policy know; just didn’t know so I would be back with change, and Sierra just didn’t like that and was very mean about it… Do better Dutch bros!
I usually have nothing but good things to say about Dutch bros. But this location multiple times has given me my rebel and it tastes like they forget the flavor syrup in it. I'm not sure what they are doing differently but I'm very upset that I paid over $5 for this drink multiple times to taste like just Red Bull energy drink. Very disappointed ?
You WILL wait in the line. There is no other way. Great place, great coffee. But the customer service is too friendly at times, I feel like I'm being recruited into the Mormon church lol.
OMG...I had the Camp Site Cold Brew, holy cow, talk about delicious! It was absolutely the best coffee drink I've ever had anywhere! Plus the ladies at the coffee house were so much fun! I'm definitely going back!

Hands down, the BEST Dutch in AZ. The staff is the reason why my family and I will literally go out of our way to go to this Dutch Bros. They treat you like they’ve known you forever, and I’ve never had a drink they made that I didn’t enjoy! ❤️ Thank you all for being so freaking wonderful!
Really disappointed. Personally it's sad that I was told the proper terms on how to order a drink with a bunch of extra caramel. And I got zero caramel but was charged a bunch extra for it. I also wanted whip and there's no whip on this it's truly disappointing especially when this is the set of your day and sometimes little things like this can drop a mood I didn't even have time to take it back because I had to go straight to work. Really bad start to my day.
The most amazing location the people are always friendly and energetic I went today and got my birthday drink and there was a mistake in the order and I got an extra one free the girl was super friendly and made my morning better thank you for exceptional customer service and friendliness I will definitely be coming back I rate this location 5 stars
Employees are always super friendly and do a great job of dealing with the volume. Whatever POS system they use that allows them to move between walk in and drive in customers is amazing.I am not a coffee drinker, so it is nice that they have the rebel line of energy drinks.There food options are great!
Today was not only my first visit to this location but my first ever dutch bros. The Young lady at the drive thru was so nice and helpful! Customer till I can't drink coffee anymore
