Dutch Bros Coffee always has a line, it doesn't matter if it is morning, noon, or night, wintertime, or 115 degrees in the Arizona summer. There will be a line of cars wrapped around the building and a usually a line of people standing at the order window.Dutch Bros is a coffee shop and a specialty soda stand. They have all kinds of fun flavors and you can get your drinks hot or cold. They also sell some breakfast/bakery/snack items.You will have to pay about $5+ on average for a drink.If you want your soda without ice, they will charge you a fee to actually have the cup filled with beverage, instead of half filled when it has ice cubes in it.They usually have an employee or two taking orders from the line of cars before you even get to the menu, so probably check online for a flavor combination before you go, if you are not familiar with their offerings.They prefer that you pay with a card instead of cash for multiple reasons. They will ask you if you would like to add a tip when you are paying. You can say no, but it feels kind of embarrassing.It is one of those places that you need to prepare yourself for what you want before you get there, so you don't feel silly or clueless when it is your turn to order.I will have to say that they do hire some of the most friendly and outgoing individuals in the industry. They are also very helpful and willing to give you suggestions or recommendations if you can't decide.
This place was great in 2020. But lately every time you come to order is like a 20-30 minute wait time. If not more and no one is here to take orders. This location has definitely decreased costumer service and efficiently.
By far the best energy drink and coffee place I've ever been too. Their drinks were out of this world. Always a line for the drive-thru but totally worth the wait everytime.
I come by eveyother day to get my favorite drink and today I was in line n realized I had forgotten my card n so I let the person that was taking orders that I had forgotten it that I was just gonna go thru to go n get it n he just told me its ok its on me today omg bless his heart ❤ I wish I would have gotten his name but sure will go by tomorrow to leave him something for such a kind heart
The staff there is always so friendly and you have to get the pup cup if you have a dog. Zoey loves it!
My son I arrived at 5am and were third in line. The line didn’t move for 15 mins! So we left because I had to work. The whole time 3 employees just outside doing nothing! We left upset and went to Starbucks. We were in and out in 5 mins
Thier coffee is not as good as it once was. The staff is fine but the coffee is so sweet that you get diabetes immediately. Not my thing.
The coffee here is good. However, standing in line for over 20 mins with only two people in line is ridiculous. If you can see that people have been waiting, please stop just chit chatting while you can be taking orders. Once it was my turn to order, the barista sat there talking to co workers as if we haven’t been waiting for an extended period of time. Take the orders and keep it movin people
Received the drink melted by the time I arrived to the window, asked the guy to fix it he made it worst. Then he says trust me it will taste the same!! Lmfao. Terrible!
The best Dutch which I guess why it also has the longest line of any Dutch I've ever went to. Does not matter the time of day there is never not a long line. But I'm addicted.. lol
