The only Dunkin I’ve visited that consistently has their act together, especially in regards to on the go ordering. Everything is always ready on time, cooked to perfection, and nothing is ever missing. While they don’t have a drive thru for convenience I feel like that is the difference maker that keeps them functioning on time.
I ordered the robust roasted tomato grilled cheese. The tomatoes were under roasted. The portion was very small for the price. It did taste good otherwise. What bothered me the most was there was an elderly lady in uniform talking with a couple, she was talking about taking a dump. She was very loud. The restaurant was small so everyone could hear her. Not only is that not a conversation I want to hear about but she was loud enough that I didn't hear when they said my order was ready.
Purposely waited until near closing time to go in and purchase a gift card so as not to hold up any line they might have with a simple gift card purchase. Unfortunately I couldn’t because whatever employee was working closing shift on 6/14 decided they closed before the 6PM time online and the window.
Went in for 2 coffees... They gave me one and I waited for the other. I was the only one in there at the time. Other people showed and they got their drinks. I reminded them that they still owed me another drink. The employees were nice, but seemed clueless. I shouldn't need to remind you about drinks I paid for 10 minutes prior. Especially when you're not busy at all. Won't be going back to this location.
This morning I waited in line for 15 minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work. Understandable, there is a staffing shortage right now, so I don't blame you for that. However what is unacceptable was the employee, I barely glimpsed her badge I believe her name was Michelle, that verbally berated fellow staff in front of your guests and snapped at customers. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years including management positions, this made me violently uncomfortable. Just felt like this needed to be said.

I'm with Door dash and I picked up an order here and there was a young lady (her name is Jayden) who was just absolutely so sweet. She made me feel so good while waiting. One time I came here and they were kinda short (personality wise) and she definitely made up for the last time coming here cause I definitely am looking forward to coming back here because of her kindness. Thank you so much Dunkin for hiring an amazing young lady with such friendly etiquette skillsUghh I just wish Hava Java could be the same way and put there customers firstThank you so much
Really want to like this dunkin but they mess up my drink orders constantly. I usually order the frozen chocolate. 50% of the time they give it to you with whipped cream and drizzle. The other half the time they give it to you with no whipped cream or drizzle at all. Not really much to complain over its just annoying. Asked for whipped cream and drizzle today this is what I was given. Donuts are pretty mediocre unless you go in the morning otherwise they are good. I enjoy all the breakfast croissants and they have a good selection to choose from.
The products are simply delicious, no matter what one you choose! Every bite never fails to delight with my cup of tea! The people serving in our store are fun and, it's easy access because of plenty of parking spots...my fav donut store!
I enjoy going to this Dunkin donuts, because I always receive great friendly customer service, the place is always clean my coffee tastes great.
