We come here almost every Sunday. It's usually empty so that's good since we dine in every time. Overall it's good only thing is the manager girl seems very rude every time we go.
There is something nostalgic about Dunkin coffee. I split between this location and the Power-McKellips location. This one just so happens to have the slight advantage and convenience of having a drive-through.The reason I single these specific locations out is because when I typically come here it is because I have a sweet tooth craving so I will order as I call it the café de dulce aka hot coffee with cream and sugar and they seem to be the only locations that can do it right. Looking at you Gilbert-Brown and I won't even get into all that is wrong with you Scottsdale-McKellips.Fair warning I am not sure why but there are some days the speaker of the drive-through seems to be possessed by the spirit of Motörhead and really wants to blow out your ear drums.
Good food and drinks. Service was good as well but the eating area was not clean. Tables needed wiped down so people vould sit and the floor had crumbs everywhere. Other then tht it was ok
This is my go to Dunkin’ before work! They are always so friendly, and when they see me they always say hello! I order ahead, and if they are busy and see me they quickly make my drink! Definitely a great way to start the day!! Thanks everyone- Candice
The dining area is often closed. Last weekend, I went before closing and the doors were locked. There were people inside sweeping and cleaning up but they did not come to the door and say that they were closing. There was no sign on the door that said they were closed. They just locked the door.
Great tasting donuts! Along with much more to choose. Both drinks and food items. Clean and friendly service with speedy drive thru. Parking lot and drive thru are small with limited space to park/move around. Personally I prefer the donuts with them being lighter than most others but not so light that all you get is air. As for the other sandwiches they are alright but nothing special that makes them stand out from the competition.
This location NEVER gets orders right. I have gone so many times with so much hope and it never works out. I've ordered an iced latte with no flavor so many times just to have a huge glob of caramel at the bottom. Today, ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches - one had sausage, one did not. The drive thru service makes you feel like you're a huge inconvenience to whoever is working. Absolutely over giving this place money for bad service and wrong orders.
The last three times at this location was atrocious. The staff is so rude! I went through the drive thru and received my bagel and hash browns. Then I had to turn around and go in because the hash browns were little cement discs. I asked if I could have a different batch. I waited and then they tried to give me more burned hash browns. When I showed her how hard they were she said well this is how they are. I refused them and she told the manager who laughed and rolled her eyes. Really? They then gave me another batch that was less burned. Horrible service at this store!!!!
On 2/14, at 4:15 a.m., I ordered 4 boxes of coffee and was able to pick them up at 4:45 a.m. The staff was super polite and had everything ready. Sorry for the short notice. Thanks Again!
Went there today to get doughnuts for a bday party, tried to order 50 of the blueberry and was pretty much told no at first. Apparently I was going to order the majority of that variety and the counter person felt that was unfair and tried to talk me out of it. I was told about supply chain and product issues, but there were more that what I wanted already made! I think doughnuts are first come first serve and if I am a paying customer, maybe you just put them in the box and take my money. We bought them today, but we will not go to this location again. Reading the reviews below it looks like customer service is a common issue at this here.
