Cashier was friendly but very new so we had some issues, felt bad because her coworkers didn’t seem very friendly when helping her. Overall fine location

This place stays open until 7 pm but good luck getting any donuts after 11:00 am

Waste of 16+ dollars. Avocado "toast" mean you toast the bread right? Then on top of it they forgot the snackin bacon that I ordered. When you try to call, it will mot ring through. This is not the first time that I have had problems with this store. But it will be the last!

My order was completely screwed up. However the young lady at the register tried to make it right. She couldn't, her staff was incompetent. Both times the croissants were burnt, the receipt said no cheese but there was cheese on everything. The person ahead of us order was incorrect and the person behind us order was incorrect. Attention Duncan pay and train your Employees. I'll save money and eat breakfast at home.

This DD can be terrible especially when it comes to orders for Door Dash and others! They make us go inside instead of using the Drive-thru? Meanwhile they let regular customers sit at the window waiting for their orders???? And they have their lobby closed when they first open and have it closed to 7am? Meanwhile the Drive-thru can be backed up with several cars and we have to waste time waiting for other vehicles to get their orders and we have to pick up the order by a specific time and can't because of thr long lines at the Drive-thru???

Very rude from start to finish. The young lady that helped me rushed me through the ordering process and continued to ask me the same question over and over before allowing me to answer. She then made me a drink with a mound of whipped cream running down the cup and eventually fell onto the floor. I mentioned to her that she could have served me a clean drink and she directed me to a stack of napkins. I found this to be rude. Her manager was rude and spoke to me as tho i held no value so i got a refund and left the items i purchased. I drove to Bosa donuts and spent the same amount and was treated with respect.

This Dunkin is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get. Been here dozens of times and had horrible coffee and horrible donuts, tasting stale and gross several times. I've had very poor service and I've also been and had good coffee and good donuts with quick service from happy, welcoming staff. Sometimes even the good staff serves the bad coffee and donuts, or bad staff serves the good food/bev. It's a gamble either way. In my opinion, there are better options (non-Dunkin places nearby) that provide consistent good quality service with high quality donuts, food, and coffee.

They were pretty much out of everything at like 4pm lol. They didn't even have chocolate milk but I had 2 very thirsty girls so the young man who took our order made them some. It was very sweet. The gesture, not the milk. Actually the milk could've been too...Idk. Lol...

We come to this DD regularly since it is closest to our house. This was the last time we will ever go to DD. They are always out of most donuts. Instead of giving me a small list of what they DO have, they wait till I want something and tell me "we don't have that." After doing this a few times, I finally asked, what do you have?" Its a joke and takes up more time in drive thru. Today, my husband went to pickup online order. They had no idea what I ordered and gave us an order under same name---wrong items. Husband told them it was wrong and they hand him other drinks 2x and those were still wrong. He shows them his phone with the order details and they walk around the store with his phone, acting bewildered. All of this going on in drive thru for 20 minutes.... while Karen is screaming out of her window to hurry up. These employees need to be fired or retrained. The drive thru always takes forever and they never can find app orders.

Out of the dozens of Dunkin Donuts I have been to throughout Arizona and around the country, this is literally the worst one BY FAR. It's also super upsetting being this one is just down the road from my house and the next closest one is 15 minutes away. I'm writing this review in the parking lot after waiting in line for 22 minutes. I don't think I've ever waiting in line for less than 8-10 minutes. The workers have no interest being there by how they act with their "not my problem" attitude that you're inconveniencing them. The lobby has been closed since covid started. Overall it's a very unpleasant experience every time I come here, and I wonder why I did every time I do. I guess as long as it makes money, management could care less.
