This location has taken a sharp decline over the years. Save yourself the time and shop at one of the other three coffee shops. But today was such bad service I didn’t even get the order. While I was ordering I was told to hold on which is totally okay and when the person got back on they asked me if there is anything else and I simply asked what was the last thing they got and they didn’t respond so drove up to the window as instructed and the total seemed off so when I asked to read back the order they had missed a drink which I assumed due to being told to hold on mid order again not the issue the issue was then when I said they missed a drink the window lady responded with a sassy response saying “they were too busy to add the extra drink and cause they didn’t get it while I was ordering they can’t make it.” Mind you its a refresher which is tea and syrup not a hard drink. I had said I got cut off mid order and had ask them to read it back and they didn’t. But they’re mistake was my fault? I ended up leaving with no order due to the fact I needed five drinks not 4.

Hours online say open until 5pm and hours say they were just updated a week ago. Pulled up and all the doors were locked. No signs saying anything. No hours posted anywhere. Employees cleaning up inside but no one wanted to look up or acknowledge us. The lobby here is hit or miss. Have shown up other times with doors locked but at least a sign that lobby was closed and to use drive thru. Tried calling them but no answer on the phone. What a waste of a drive.

Brought our daughter in for her birthday to get her a few treats. The gentlemen that helped asked us what brought us there today. She told him if was for her birthday. He was so sweet to her and help her choose what she wanted made it really special for her she loved it. We will be returning to get more treats from here for sure.

I bought 2 cup of joe coffee’s for my fathers memorial gathering. Ordered ahead and got there at the time of order. They were not made and the store seemed to now have an idea how to make. They finally made me one of the orders after a 40 minute wait and I had to leave for the funeral without a refund. The manager said I could come back the next day. Got to the service and the one they gave me was only half full. Paid nearly 45 dollars and had to make my own coffee at home. Went back the next day the doors were closed and only drive thru. Did not answer multiple calls and I left arizona the day after. This really made this already hard day much worse.

Drive-thoughs are supposed to be for convenience, not the norm. Somewhere along the way people got too lazy to get out of their cars.The decision to close the lobby in the morning in favor of servicing the drive-through is a bad decision, even worse when you consider how high gas prices are. I won't be coming back.

I guess I have to give a star in order to leave a review. This location is HORRIBLE.staff are all stressed, confused and rude. Their excuse is that they are "short staffed" but they have about 5 staff in the store plus the manager.Took more than 30 minutes just to get a simple drink.Stay away from this location..not worth it.Oh not to mention..they are always short of items to sell. So don't even bother looking at the menu because most likely, they wouldn't have it.

I went on monday and ordered an iced matcha with chai and came back today (wednesday) and ordered the same thing but was told that they cant do it and refused to make it.. bad customer service or policy? id give it no stars if i could

They got our WHOLE entire order wrong and the bacon was raw on everything and they took back the food after we have touched it. And then we tried to call the manager and she said that the lady on the phone was the manager but once we asked again she said that the manager was not in.

I use to come to this location all the time. Ever since the pandemic, this place has gone downhill. LONG wait times, they screw your order up all the time, incompetent rude employees and management is lacking. I've tried and tried to support them but the service is absolutely terrible!!! Its obvious the owner does not care and for that, I now go out of my way to another location and the service has been great. They definitely have there s*** together there.

Worst customer service and food quality I've ever experienced. My bagels and potatoes were frozen so I went inside for a refund and waited 10 min just to be acknowledged. Then I told the cashier that my food was frozen so she went to talk to the manager and I witnessed the manager say I dont care. Then the cashier put the bag on the counter and asked if I still wanted it. I said no.. i had to spit it out...its frozen I want a refund. She tells me ok my manager will come over. Then waited another 5 minutes standing there and her manager didnt even look ar me. I never once was apologized to and acknowledged by the manager so I just left. I never write reviews but this place just does not deserve customers.
