It's sad that people think this is good when there's plenty of other bbq around that isnt just a fast food chain. Awful experience the two times I've tried this place, once in store and through uber eats. They literally never give you your entire meal if you're eating to go, and the employees made us so incredibly uncomfortable when we went the first time months ago neither of us wanted to go in to get the missing item. And of course I should have known they wouldn't care about uber eats, because nobody is there to check. My sandwich literally was meat and bread, disgusting, and the order was missing an item once again.
This was my first time at a Dickey's and I had a great time chowing down on all that fine food. I got the 3 meat platter with kielbasa, ribs and chicken. It was ALOT of delicious lean meat and I had tons of fun dipping it in 3 sauces I selected: Texas Hot, Carolina BBQ, Buffalo. The medium Mac & Cheese is huge and the best Ive had in years. Everything tasted great and I had enough left for a 2nd meal.Service by the Manager, Dawn and Armando was A+.I didn't used to be big on BBQ joints but now I am a big fan and will be looking to eat at more DBPs.
The guys and gals here always take care of me. Great customer service. If you need anything they are there to help. Really appreciate them
Food was awful. I wish it was decent but not even close.We ordered 4 brisket meals, sides and drinks. The brisket was very dry and had a weird flavor to it that I can not describe. I thought it was just me till I watched my 13 and 15 year olds try their meals. Their faces said enough. Bad, horrible tasting food.We ended up throwing away $80 worth of food and went to Rudy's BBQ.Save your money and skip this location.
Great family dining. My little girls are very picky eaters, but here we find something for everyone. They ate well, my wife and I ate well. Then they had ice cream cones...yeah... I was a hero. Super friendly staff. They even overheard an argument over the last pickle and brought us more!!!
Never been there before. Google business page says open till 9pm. Got there 8:35. Closed. There's a message that said "Sorry short staffed closed early". Drove a few miles to get there.
Went to this place last night- myself and the wife ordered 2 potatoes with brisket mixed in. Add sour cream, green onion topping and butter, one side of bbq beans. The potatoes and brisket were barely warm- only the beans were hot. I asked for butter- was handed 2 of the tiny square butters.. I mentioned that is a big potatoe for 2 butters… instead of them saying you can have more but we have to charge you for it, I got a quick response from the lead that two is only allowed. The other person gave me another couple without charge(thank you).The place was 100% empty- I know why. The brisket was a touch too salty and the potatoes were not warm… for the price we paid I expect warmer food.Don’t know if I will go back and that’s a shame as I live 5 minutes from there.
The worst dinner I've had. Brisket over cooked and burnt. Bisket was a day old.. Green beans ? Potato salad was good though. Also got turkey that was terrible. Lettuce was brown. Off this list.
If the staff wasn’t so friendly and kind this would be getting 1 star for food quality lol. The brisket was dried out to the point of beef jerky on some parts. The corn bread had dried bits of corn in it that were really tough. The bbq beans were a little under cooked and not soft. The drink fountain was overflowing with water onto the ground and when I went to use the fountain the plastic cap popped off the drink dispenser and sprayed all over the floor. Also the ice cream was soupy and not very frozen. But the staff was great and gave us a discount so I’m giving this 3 stars which is overly nice. (For what I ate)
We made a mess but it was a it well worth it the food was good the brisket was juicy the burnt ends were delicious and my daughter absolutely loved the mac & cheese
