I bought a slab of ribs with the 2 sides got coupon for buy big yellow cup drink get free pulled pork sandwich. But upon my return I was told that there's no such deal anymore so why do they have a big yellow cup with all them advertisement that's false advertising I called Corporate and nothing was done .Bad business i would say Ellsworth rd Mesa ,Az at a gas station convenience store
First time going here and will not be back. Did order pick up. Was ready and sitting on the counter when we got there. Should have checked the bag before we left. Got home missing one side. So I called, they just said there was nothing they could do as it was really busy. I asked if I could get a credit or something and was told I would just have to come back and get my side. I asked again if I could get a credit or SOMETHING. The woman said I would have to talk to the manager. So I asked to talk to the manager. I heard her tell the manager the issue and he said he could credit it when I get there. Well, as I was leaving my house my boyfriend realized he got the wrong sandwich too. So he grabbed the receipt and his sandwich. We drive back....no, iam sorry... just handed me my side, then my boyfriend showed his sandwich. The girl handed it to the manager he threw it super hard in the garage and was slamming everything while making a new sandwich. They gave us the new sandwich. Still no apology. I was DONE!!! I told them to have a great night and thanked them for not crediting me and said, first and last time.
I would leave zero if possible. Horrible customer service from multiple associates. Poor attitudes and no bbq given with sandwiches. The manager offered a refund over the phone and upon arriving refused the refund and would not provide his name. Do not visit this store.
The brisket and pork ribs were good. Mac n cheese was ok too. Fries were meh. It's located inside a convenience store with limited seating and kinda pricey, but service was decent.
The barbecue beans came right out of a can, no seasoning, no nothing. The cole slaw was dry and chunky. The roll included gave me the impression it was picked up off the floor and put in with my dinner. The ribs were fatty and the sauce was thin and drippy. I guess my first clue should have been this was located in a gas station.?♀️?♀️?
WOW just got of the phone with a manager and explained to him there was hair in the pulled pork, and he automatically says we don't have any one with long hair and he asked what color I tell him. Very rude I reported it to Grubhub needless to say I will never order from that restaurant again. So unprofessional.
I ordered a day ahead of time for a party and the delivery was at 1:30pm. Sorry to say that the chopped brisket was in big hunks and the ribs were 3 different sizes and so overcooked that the top and bottom were inedible. I have had many good meals from here so this was a major disappointment since it was for a party.
I don't know how they do it, but nothing beats the brisket! add some of their potato salad a cole slaw and you got my tastee budz dancin!
Unfortunately we didn't stay. Normally I like Dickey's BBQ. This place is in a gas station very limited seating and the gas station was such a dump the restrooms were out of service. You can do better!
Ordered off of Uber eats. Food was Luke warm, but tasty. I ordered a scheduled delivery, they might've made it way too early. They forgot my pickle I was charged .50c for.4/5 for flavor ( it was really good meat, not the best)3/5 for food prep to go orders (Luke warm)3/5 for missing something small I was charged for.I recommend to not order in advance as they might make it too early. Otherwise, pretty decent for first time. I would like to try picking up myself next time.
