I have never been to this Denny's location. Over the years Denny's has a pretty good menu, and doesn't really change much. My parents chose this place for dinner, so I thought I'd give it a try again. My dad ordered the Lumberjack Breakfast, my mom ordered Ultimate Omelette and I ordered the Bourbon Chicken Skillet. They were absolutely no complaints about the food. We brought to the attention of our waiter that there was no ketchup at our table, so he went to replace it with another bottle from another table, but that was empty as well. After checking six or seven more tables that were all empty?? Hmm?.....They finally found one that was full. Even though it was curious as to why all the ketchups were empty he didn't make an effort to go and locate one for us. Despite the location near a shopping center that's practically closed down this Denny's is still holding its own.

We used to frequent this place quite often pre pandemic and the service was always on point. Not today. I understand that it was busy but service was really slow. Our server never offered to refill my coffee or the kids drinks. We put in our food order and it came out in shifts. My son waited patiently while we got our order, and when his order finally arrived, it was incomplete. After our meal we waited approximately 15 minutes before our server came with our bill.

Food was good as usual, service was slow as molasses we asked for refills of coffee but cups ran empty more than once. I had to wait more than 5 minutes just to pay my check.

My kids and I ate here and this is the worst one in Mesa. We walked in to be seated and we were ignored for 10 minutes. Another group came in and the server acknowledged them and rushed to seat them until I stated that we arrived before them. The server claimed he did not see us but he looked at us when we walked in and kept cleaning tables until the other group came in.He seated us at a dirty table and they took a long time before coming to take our order. They did not bring our drinks until the food was ready nor did they come to check on us to ask if we needed refills or condiments. My son had a burger and fries but there was no ketchup in the bottle and the server never came back after they dropped off our food. We wanted to get a doggie bag but the server never returned. We had to go to the register and pay but they never bought the check over or asked if we need anything else. This was the worst Denny's I have ever been to. You need to remember that even though you have good food that there are many restaurants out here that have good food as well. What you are selling to the public is not just the food but the experience they will get when they come to your establishment. The experience you gave me and my family tonight is that you don't respect my time nor value my business. We won't return to this establishment again.

It's a sad sad day. Ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast despite the price increase to $13.xx thinking at least they're good size portions. My plate came out and the steak was barely larger than my English muffin. I honestly would of refused the order and pay for my drinks if it wasn't for my son being hungry.

When I ordered 2 ice cream shakes the menu says it comes with tins. I did not get tins, and i don't care of policy change. My wife and my son did not the full experience of having ice cream shakes as advertised. The menu says Ice Cream Shakes come with tins then it should come with tins as advertised! The customer service is slow as snail snot during winter in Minnesota!!! The food was good, the shakes were good, and the unsweetened iced tea was good, but the customer service was really slow.

Really wasn't busy however Sarah brought us drinks kind of needs silverware for coffee but we didn't get any nor did we get cream or sugar until she brought our food and then we still had no silverware and had you asked for it three times manager and nowhere to be found although was seen sitting up front doing interviews so that does make sense that he wouldn't be available however hate to admit it but we left zero tip on a party of four and our tab was about $75 so had the server paid attention and gave us silverware and creamers and sugars with our drinks and brought our food out with condiments or napkins wow what idea chip would have been more like around 20 to 30 bucks but since we had to track down everything on our own sorry all you did was pick stuff up from the kitchen and bring it to the table we had to go get everything else including cream of sugar ketchup to ask jelly for toast and maple syrup there was nothing on our table it was all empty used to go here often will try again in a while see how the new servers work out

This location is terrible the workers cooking in the back are just so careless with customer orders I ordered my food online curb pickup no one ever went to give me my order so I had to get down that wasn’t the problem after waiting i still had to wait because order wasn’t ready I checked my order before leaving I had ordered crepes and they just looked discussing so I asked the lady at the cash register if she would eat what they had served me she immediately said no. So I asked what would make it ok for a customer to eat it they didn’t want to remake my order and they were rude never going to this location again and just to say I enjoy eating Danny’s crepes from country club and southern. They didn’t even put fresh strawberries they used the syrup strawberry eeewwww

Short staff makes wait time longer but can't blame the people working. Other than that breakfast was good. Attentiveness could be better when seating people we had no silverware at all until the server came with our food.

Loong wait, There were plenty of tables not being used as people waited 45 minutes. Is it really that impossible to find waitresses? Maybe they should offer them more money, seems to make more financial sense than turning business away. Anyway great food as always.
