Just stopped by for a gift card. The inside was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. I didn't trust giving my debit card so I used cash. Didn't want my card swiped twice, because the employee kept saying, 2 gift cards?
My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered two barbecue sandwiches and shake and a root beer float. When we got home we were shorted a sandwich. Called them they would not do anything about it. I will never stop at this place again. Over charged us $11.00 ?
What can I say it's a dairy queen also has orange Julius. And sells cakes.love it grew up eating those chocolate dipped cones
Best soft serve in the business. Service is great. Has drive through and outside seating only.
I have been going to this specific location since I was a kid, and now I get to take my kids here. The staffing always friendly and helpful, and the ice cream is delicious of course. Our favorite lately has been the chocolate dipped vanilla cone.
If I could give 0 stars I would but I have to at least give one in order to write a review horrible service got my order totally wrong I order 2 strawberry cheescake blizzards with mms and butterfinger not a single pice of cheesecake or one mm or butterfinger but did got charge 12.75 for vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt never coming back here
Since COVID 19, the walk up has been closed, only the drive-thru is open. I miss being able to walk in and eat my large chocolate cone in the air conditioning.Plus the staff were very friendly and if not busy, would chat with me. I have no family here in Mesa, so I adopted them!!!I have had other menu items, but my favorite is the large chocolate cone! ???®
Been sitting here waiting for ice cream for over 20 min. Customer service is terrible. We're the only ones sitting here. And it smells like mold in the building. Will not be bringing my kids here again.
The lady at the drive through window welcomed us with a warm greeting, I had to match her positive energy!! The kids got their blizzards swiftly and they were great!!!
No no no. Every time I drive by here the line is ridiculous so I never go here. Except The day after Christmas I was craving a pumpkin pie blizzard. They told me they were out of pumpkin pie "that's a fall flavor" like I should know that. They should know that you can't run out of pumpkin pie anything before the first of the year that's bad business. I drove 2 miles up the road and bought a pumpkin pie Blizzard from Broadway and Power Dairy Queen.
