This place has been very hit or miss for me with the quality of their frozen treats, and my experience today was the worst yet.The employee at the counter who took our order - Megan - was very pleasant, greeted us when we came through the door, and promptly took our order.I ordered a peanut buster parfait. I've actually decided against ordering this particular treat at this location on several occasions due to previous experiences where the treat had very few peanuts, very little fudge, or both. This particular time, however, was the worst. I was given a peanut buster parfait that had plainly been made previously and refrozen. The "hot" fudge was frozen solid, the peanuts were stone cold, and the ice cream was what you would expect from something that had softened and then refrozen. I ate it, thinking that maybe DQ had started pre-making treats and keeping them in the freezer to speed up order times or something of that nature. It bothered me enough, however, that I made a point to ask Megan about it as we were leaving. If DQ truly had gone this route, I wanted to know so that I wouldn't order this particular treat in the future. Megan said that this was not the case - that the one I had been give just happened to be an extra from earlier in the day.If I wanted a premade treat that sat in the freezer, I'd just go to the store and buy a box of ice cream sandwiches or drumsticks. I don't think I"ll be visiting DQ again in the near future.

I met the best person today. She was absolutely the best manager I have ever met. Her name was Rachel and she made me feel like I was a valued customer. She spent time with me, especially since I am disabled vet and have trouble communicating at times.

I went there twice. Both times after my late shift. The first time I was there 30 minutes before they were closing and I got cold, dry and hard fries with my order. They just seemed to give me whatever was left in the fryer. The second time I was there 20 minutes before they closed - and I was only able to order items out of their freezer. Seems like they clean and close everything up 30-40 minutes before they close.

These BBQ chicken strips and crunchy onion rings hit the spot with this delicious strawberry shake ? thanks Dairy Queen!!!!

1st time I went there my order was wrong. I called and they put me on a make it right list. 2nd time I went back they gave me the right hamburgers but I had to pay for the drinks and fries to complete the meal. No problem. When I got home the fries were cold, not even warm. We ended up not eating them. I'm sure we will go back at some point but not anytime soon.

Ordered four small ice cream cones for my children, and asked for a cup of ice water. Got to the window and retrieved my four ice cream cones and my ice water, then I looked at my receipt and noticed a total of $16. I noticed I was charged four dollars for the ice water, so I asked the man at the window, “did I really just get charged four dollars for ice water?,” at which point he shrugged, said “Yep,” and slammed the window shut.I park my car and go inside and am shocked as the manager seems to double down on the $4 charge for water, saying when they give you a drink cup with water they have to charge you full price for it, he also showed me a small cup saying this is our water cup. I let him know I simply asked for an ice water, I did not specify what type of cup I wanted it in, nor was I given any options for different types of waters, or told there would be a charge. He said, “Well he put it in the system that way and gave you the ice water in a drink cup so you have to pay $4.”No, “I’m sorry for the confusion,” no offer of refund, just complete and total managerial idiocracy. Please, please, please do not waste your time with this place….

When ordered two blizzards on medium and one large. They didn’t even put lids or even ask if I wanted a lid. By the time I got home the larger blizzard was melting.

A great experience today dinning in at the DQ. They had a great manager on that was pleasant and went around to all the tables to make sure everyone was doing good!

This location does NOT HONOR their promotion. We stopped by tonight for free cone day, but the employees decided that they no longer wanted to honor the promotion. The 2 employees that came over the drive thru intercom were quite rude about it. If they would have shown better customer service our family of 7 may have stayed and purchased something else. They were rude. We won't be back to this location. Headed up the road to Chick-fil-A where they value their customers and honor their promotions.

We visit this Dairy Queen tonight and we’re very impressed with Brandon and his staff. They care about the customer and providing the best product. We were very impressed and would recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone!
