A big thank you and appreciation to the workers at the Dairy Queen on Alma school and Guadalupe. It's so hard to have decent customer service and this crew was so kind, fast, and clean . They deserved a special shout out. Ps. They made me wait to take a picture until the drive thru was taken care . #pointmade
I was inside at this location enjoying ice cream with my family when an overwhelming smell of pinesol hit my senses. Sure enough, there was a bucket of pinesol water right where they were making the ice cream treats. I asked to see the manager and she said they had to mop up a leaking machine and was sorry. I had this same scenario happen once before at this location about a month ago.So disgusting. Where is the Health Department when you need them!?
The ice cream is good at this drive-thru Dairy Queen. The service is good, the employees are friendly. I like the dipped cones, butterscotch is my favorite.
Double dipped cherry cones, Ice cream cake and their gravy keep me coming back for more. This location is generally quick and service with a smile!
Every time We go the ice creamOr Mr Misty is melted.for the last couple of years. I never experience that issue anywhere else.
I wanted a banana split and i was very disappointing.. the banana was over brused and still frozen.. next ti.e ill just order a sundae.. cant go wrong with a sundae..
Dairy Queen always has the best treats. However with this location specially make sure you are on time. I've experienced this more than once and witnessed others as well. This location doesn't like to adhere to their hours of operation. I pulled up to their location at 9:52 PM I know it's close but they are listed open till 10. I waited at the radio for a minute or so for a lady to come on and say they've taken their last order for the night. Well good thing their are 3 Sonic locations within 2 miles of this DQ. I'll still go here but lesson learned they really close before 10PM
Went here today (12/4) for lunch. The good: the ice cream treats we got were great, as were the chili cheese hotdogs (though one did not cheese on it), and the cheese curds. The bad: my wife ordered the large chicken bites, and instead they charged and gave her the basket, and the bites were cold (as well as the missing cheese above). When the cashier brought our food out, she told the person about the mix up, and they did not really do anything about it. When we left, my wife asked for the manager, who ended up being the cashier who messed up the order. Her excuses and comments basically blamed us for not telling them. She did offer to refund the cost of the basket, but why did she not do the same thing at the start. Not a good visit this time.
Doesn't seem to ever have a fully stocked menu. What they can make is still nice, even with the messy presentation. Having a notice of some sort would be nice or an updated menu would be helpful though.
Always get great service, staff is personable and in 10+ years, have never messed up my order, my blizzard's the best❤
