I’m not from Arizona but I love me some Culver’s so on my way back I stopped at this Culver’s and I was greeted right when I walked in! The person who took my order kamia stopped what she was doing and quickly came to take my order and was very clear about some stuff on the menu I have never seen before. When my food came out everything was fresh and completely made to how I ordered it! Love this Culver’s will becoming back again if I have the chance
I patronize this restaurant regularly and really thought my issue would have been resolved respectfully. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and I am in disbelief. All I wanted was the kid’s meal to be replaced that I paid for and didn’t receive on my last visit. Because I didn’t show up right away, the manager said NO! This is the worst kind of customer service I can imagine. So disappointing. I will never go to this Culver’s again. Shame on them!! Oh, and I had the receipt too which I saved in case….
The people that work here are extremely Nice and humble. Me and My Wife and son got here right before closing time and we were worried that we would have to rush ourselves to finish our food before they close as most fast food joints want you out immediately once it hits closing timeThey were so nice the people that work at this cluvers they told us to take our time and finish eating our food and not to rush ourself That meant a lot to me because My Wife is pregnant and my son is a slow evening as he is a toddlerThese people are very blessed and the food was excellent honestly I think that this is the best covers ever been to in Arizona
Always busy, but always quicker than expected. Was going to order two fries, and the drive through cashier recommended the family size for the same price. Most places would not do that
Food was great it's made to order and the vegetables were fresh. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese curds. Ice cream for dessert which did not melt at all. Service could be a little bit better but other than that wonderful place.
Culver's is a wonderful restaurant with a variety of fast-food delights. From their Butter burgers to their Hearty Soup, I'm sure there's something you'll like.
Went for dinner and ice cream. Had their fish which was quite good for a "Fast Food" place. Very nice piece of cod. Workers deliver the food to your table which was nice since we had 6 people. Brought the grandkids so ice cream was our dessert. Tasty custard. We always have had a good experience when stopping here. All workers are very courteous.
1 star because I have to. We were happy to go and have Culver's unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We used the Drive thru. Waited for 20min in hot car for 3 fish sandwiches, order if chicken fingers, and fish dinner plate. We asked for no cheese on anything. order finally arrived with no condiments. Arrived home and everything had cheese. Called the restaurant Angela Mgr is very argumentative and says we never said we did not want cheese. And to make it any worse is talking over me and offering a side of fries. Told her I was not looking for free fries just better customer service and to pay attention to the order. Angela offered the Owners phone #. WOW. Can't diffuse a situation. Never going back Culver's #465 Greenfield and the 60. So disappointing.
The employees there are young, snotty and plain rude. I had TWO experiences there recently and BOTH times Makayla was very unkind and not helpful when I had menu questions. She made me feel d*** for even asking and she’s NOT professional at all. If you want friendly customer service it’s NOT at this location.
Had the walleye dinner. The fish was great, the roll was dry. The Cole slaw was not nearly as good as last time I was here. The cabbage was very coarsely chopped.
