Sandra is simply the nicest person you will ever meet. She is so amazing that my wife and I will go well out of our way just to eat at this location. Her poise, service, and commitment to her store is unmatched by anyone. We have family in WI and we would all rather see Sandy’s smiling face a million times over having Culver’s anywhere else, even in WI. The new dining room is bright and open with a much easier to clean/sanitize floor. It was the breath of fresh air that the store needed to meet the level of service provided by Sandy and her excellent staff. We honestly look forward to our little Culver’s dates to have a nice meal, some ice cream for dessert, and a warm friendly hug from someone that feels like family. Peel away the veneer of cookie-cutter fast food restaurants and what you’re left with is a staff and its leadership, and in the case of this establishment- They set the bar.
I was running errands all day and I decided to eat delicious crispy chicken sandwich from this place. I ordered Spicy Crispy Chicken meal and came home. I was starving and excited to eat. As soon as I opened the box, I saw it like this. NO BUN!! That’s not how sandwiches work. I was disappointed!!I think Culvers management should teach their employees how to make sandwiches. Last time I checked their ads on the screen, crispy chicken sandwich had two buns, not one. Isn’t this false advertising?? I might sue them for it. I’ll talk to my lawyer brother and update this review.PS: “Arizona deceptive trade practices law bans false advertising, making it a misdemeanor charge and empowering the state Attorney General to file suit against the offending party.”
Usually great service! I'm going to this Culver's for years now. Today was the first time it's ever been really poor service. There was one girl leaving against the drive-thru window eating an ice cream. My ordered the cashew caramel ice cream flavor of the day for today and when we got it there was no cashews. When my mom took it up to ask about it the girl that was at the counter was all snarky and disrespectful asking if she paid for it. Just not good service this time. Thankfully the manager refunded us for the food because the chicken nuggets were overcooked, the french fries tasted like it was in stale oil and almost burnt. I think we will go to one of the other locations next time.
4 star's for quality tasting food and awesome staff. I'd have given 5 star's but they screwed up our drive thru order. Luckily my daughter said she'dSwap food wit me. I always check my orders before leaving, the one time I didn't check, they screwed up my order.

Don't bother with this placeMe and my family came here in good spirits and when we went to order the woman who took are order threw us a attitude and rushed us. When we pulled up to the window to pay the lady snatched the money right of my man hands and pretty much threw his change at him. It took them a few minutes just to get drinks ready and it was a long line of people waiting. Some of the people actually left because the line was horrible. With the customer service that we got we will not be returning to this location. It runied are good spirits. We left very disappointed. They need better customer service and better staff.
It was amazing. Great, fast, delicious. Aryanna took our order, Mike grilled it up fresh. I absolutely recommend to all who desire a really good burger!
The absolute best strawberry shake ever. Burgers ,service great too. I like how they have several different parking spots to wait at when they are really busy. I have been to the Culver's off Ellsworth in Mesa and that one was poorly ran ,so all 3 orders were wrong and we won't be back to that one !
What can I say, excellent fried fish, burgers, and shakes, and the fries are also very good. Discovered Culver's 6-7 years ago. It has gotten a little pricey, but we enjoy it several times per year. Highly recommended!
Great place for yummy ice cream and coffee drinks! They have so much to choose from, highly recommend! The owner and employees are also very nice and friendly!
