Be very careful, read every page before clicking next. Cookies are $14 then an $8 delivery charge. And even though I added a new card it still billed my old card. So I kuct have clicked to fast.
The place was very clean,. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cookies were great. If I'm being nitpicking I would say that on one of them the icing was sliding off the side and wasn't symmetrical with the cookie but that's about it
Ordered for Mother’s Day and order never arrived. I was never notified by the store and when I called they said I needed to call them back if I get charged not an offer to make it right or even an apology. Just said a driver didn’t pick up the order oh well! I’ll never order from this location again. I understand mistakes happen, no problem. Communicate and apologize.
Lovely store! Wanted to reply to the owner on my last review but couldn't so I'm making another to hopefully get an answer. I submitted an application to work here last Thursday (6/9), but haven't heard anything back yet. Went into the store yesterday and got a boss's number, but no reply with that either. Hoping to get some sort of answer soon, I've been wanting to work here for a while :)
So good! They are a bit pricey but they are large cookies that you can split and eat at different times. So in my eyes you get your money worth. Don’t let the cost scare you!
When I got my box home after I did curbside pickup, I found a hair baked into one of my cookies. ?
Crumbl is good when it’s good; but sometimes it’s really a hit or miss. I will say we have our few favorites. If you have a chance to try the Biscoff cookie, that’s a winner. My daughter also loves the Sugar cookie with pink icing, it has a good almond flavor to it; other than that we just forgo Crumbl all together.
I think Crumbl Cookies are the best cookies I have ever eaten, and believe me I’ve eaten my share and yours?I love cookies. Try them you won’t be sorry! Different flavor weekly.
It's good if you know what cookies from here you already like it's just the 16 bucks for 4 cookies I can't get past but they're fresh and some are warm when you get then and they do make really good cookies.
I’m unimpressed with Crumbl Cookies. They are overly sweet and lack depth of flavor. They seem to use low quality ingredients and it shows. For example, the peanuts on top of one of the cookies I had tasted stale, like they were old and rancid. I’ve had much better cookies many other places. I’ll stick to Kneaders, SodaRush, or Great Gadsby Bakery for a treat.
