Great food. Great Service. I was visiting from Seattle on Thanksgiving Vacation. I noticed a few things that I would like to explain to the manager that they definitely need a Water Softener in the Building.In the Men's Restroom Urinals and Urinal Plumbing are pretty nasty all the Fitting with Threaded pipe are full of scale.(Hard Water). The Cups in which people drink out of are scaled and have stained mineral deposits on cups. I took pictures of the cups but did have a chance to to show the Manager. Will stop by soon to let them know.
The food was absolutely delicious!.? The Manager Matthew was in attendance, over seeing that everyone at our table had what they ordered and gave great customer service! I'll be back with comfort food and a gift shop that has a variety of items for the next holidays on sale, I'll be coming back!..?
Chicken fried steak was good and the portion of the sides was generous. Biscuits and cornbread are also tasty. Mashed potatoes were a little stiff. Peach tea was excellent. Great desserts. They also have a quaint little gift shop with a lot of fun and nostalgic items.
Great service. Low prices on delicious food. Have adult drinks now. Good store. Love to buy jewelry.
Service, cleanliness and promptness was excellent. We ordered the fried chicken. It was very very tasty but the chicken pieces were quite small. Also the mashed potatoes and gravy came in a little tiny side bowl. Wish they could be a little bit more generous
I was there on a Friday morning and there was no wait time?the service is always excelent! I always ask for a grandma sampler it's got all I like ❤my pancakes were OMG delicious?
Friendly service and good food. Prices are pretty reasonable and we didn't have to wait long. The portion sizes are pretty decent too. I'm not a fan of their bacon, sausage or ham though.
Love the food it was finger licking delicious I should of had the fried apples as one of the sides dishes as well because wow it’s mega yum! The sweet tea tastes home made :D! Love the adorable store that’s located before you walk into the dining area as well or accessible as you await your meal!
If you haven't checked out the store at cracker barrel you're missing out. They have such cool things, I can always find unique gifts for special people in my life.On this last visit.... they had a 70% off rack... so I totally scored! (These signs were under $4!)Nevermind the awesome comfort food... hands down their fried apples are so yummy!
Chicken fried chicken was good. Wish there was more gravy but I'm a gravy person. Chicken was moist and cooked well. Generous portion too. Pot roast was a bit bland but I'd imagine that's on pupose...add your own salt and pepper. Meat was tender and portion also good. The buttermilk pie was an awesome way to end the meal. Service was good. Waitress kept our drinks coming / refilled. Never fulfilled a few of our other requests like 'to go' boxes but we didn't let it affect our overall experience. Overall fairly good food and service with room for improvement. Definitely willing to stop in again.
