Cracker BarrelWe stopped by here for a Tuesday breakfast at about 10 am and were promptly seated. Faith was our server, cordial and friendly. The pancakes and chicken fried steak came out quickly and were very good and tasty. Very well run restaurant. The Country Store was well stocked and clean, many specials going on today. Fast, friendly service here too. Plenty of free parking.

So this is the chicken that comes with the “grandpasCountry fried breakfast”. So glad I got to wait 20 minutes over the projected pick up time. This is what I get for coming to a chain and not going to Jim’s Coney Island cafe. Good job Cracker Barrel I won’t be back.

Dylan has excellent customer service, gave great advice on what to order and it wasn’t disappointing, great food and atmosphere. Clean and super professional, I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place and it lived up to its standards

Most of the time the food is good at this location. The catfish dinner I ordered wasn't too bad. However the eggs and hash brown casserole came out cold, plus there were egg shells in my scrambled eggs ☹️. The manager replaced both of the sides but they were cool but not as cold as the first round. The pancakes were delicious as always! I know they are short staffed and that may have played a roll in the service. The staff were attentive and pleasant. I will dine here in the future I'm sure it will get better

Best country breakfast ? fresh food ? and delicious ?

Had a great chicken salad..all vegetables were fresh. Chicken was grilled and moist. My side was a sweet potato..so much to eat, I took half of my meal home.I love checking out the store and this time found a gift for my grandmother's birthday.

Haven't had a problem here. The food is always good. I highly recommend this place. Food came quickly. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes with gravy and fried okra. Mmmm yummy

The slowest service ever.! We were seated right away and waited at least 20 minutes just for our server to say “hi what can I get you to drink!” Of course we threw her off with the fact that we knew what we wanted.! Another 40 minutes later we got our breakfast! Mind you we ordered no meat with our food.! Eggs and French toast should never take that long.! She didn’t keep our waters refilled.! We have a long journey home and caffeine doesn’t sit well on long journeys, so servers need to understand not everyone can drink 2 glasses of soda.! But water should be “bottomless refills as well” I had to ask for my refill of water and by the time she got to it, I was ready to go.! I’ve been to many Cracker Barrel’s, throughout our Nation and this one needs improvement.! Bathroom were kind of gross but being cleaned. It wasn’t even that busy to have such a long wait.. food was okay…Oh yeah I posted the 4oz grits. More like 1 oz.

We had not been here in a very long time but got a gift card so my mother and I went just the 2 of us. Got there close to 6pm on a Thursday and didn't have to wait to be seated, our server (think his name was matthew) was FANTASTIC. I asked his opinion between 2 items and he told me hands down the maple bacon grilled chicken was the way to go HE WAS CORRECT. Boy was it yummy! We will definitely be back and I hope we get the same server he was FANTASTIC.Went back again tonight and still just as good. We asked to be seated in Matthew's section again and different server took care of us. She was good but not nearly as fun as he is.This photo is of the maple bacon chicken it is well worth the money you will pay for it.

Busy as always, but we had good service and our waitress was very sweet. Definitely recommend cracker barrel’s in Mesa.
