It is very clean, not too busy, and I was thankful they recommended me to mix flavors because it ended up being so delicious on a hot night.
This place is permanently closed :( but just across the way is a cute boba place :)
2 young girls working let 2 kids cut in front of an older man who was trying to order ice cream for himself and another younger girl. The 2 employees dis nothing and started helping the 2 kids that cut in front of the older guy. Nothing short of discrimination.
Walked in to order at 9:50PM, they close at 10PM. The worker then said she can’t mix anything into our ice cream because they’re cleaning the counter. Then preceded to state “well I can, but it will taste like soap.” So disrespectful especially since their website says closes at 10 if you don’t want to stay open until 10, maybe change your hours to 9:50. Will definitely never come back to this location & will take my business elsewhere for a late night ice cream pick me up.

Always did like Cold Stone! Ice cream any way I like, how can you beat that?
Ice cream it self was good staff was nice but I think some of the candy is old I got Kit Kat and it tasted really stale and old very disappointing had to pick it out

The absolute worse. I’m sure the workers are doing their best but the kids just don’t seem to care. My to go order took longer than needed when I got home they didn’t put the extra topping I paid extra for and the ice cream wasn’t even mixed together. I will give them that it was a busy night, a dad and his kid ended up leaving after they waited way too long. Just doesn’t seem like this cold stone his it’s ish together. Disappointing.
Got there at 9:53 pm but they say it's closed, guys please tell your customers you close at 9:30
