Ordered my sons birthday cake and found blond hair within the cake…not once but twice! Disgusting, will NEVER order or go here again.
Ordered through the mobile app with some Add Ins and got none of the extras I paid for. Even had the wrong ice cream base! Train these children better.

i’ve cream is good, however spoons are far too sharp. cut my mouth and my family’s several times. smaller, rounder ones please
I had OK service. Arrived for a quick single order. No issues. Order was accurate and a proper serving size.
I dropped by and had a double decker cone. They were generous in the scoop and the ice cream was delicious. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and attentive. I definitely will go back!
Customer service is very poor. The associate aren't very friendly. The register system was somewhat broken. And it felt like the associates belittled us. When it was their system. Worst of all they definitely didn't make the lucky charms look right. ?
Dont work at a place if you can't make the ice cream. Asked for the lucky charm over the rainbow and just got sprinkles. The 3 guys there moved SO SLOW and we staring off in space as if they were stoned on the job. Literally left and went to power and baseline. Was worth getting my other 2 ice creams needed at another location especially when they didn't ask if that was all i needed AMD had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all

Order mint chocolate chocolate chip and chocolate devotion and neither had the brownie bites and were missing other modifications as well and for whatever reason had caramel which ruined the tase ?
