I placed my order in the drive thru and requested a large mashed potatoes. The guy replies "it already comes with a large mashed potato" which made no sense to me. So I repeat my statement and the guy pauses and repeats "it already comes with a large mashed potato." Needless to say I did not get a large mashed potato. I had already waited in line a very long time and did not want to go all the way back around and wait another 25 mins to pay for a large. I addressed the incorrect order and received Horrible, unapologetic service.
Waited 18 minutes in the lobby to be ignored my all the cashiers.So I went to drive through since they seemed the only ones doing anything.I was told there was a 15 minute wait on chicken.There was plenty in the racks when I walked out
They charge me 35$ for 2 family meals and gave me ALL legs and thighsRipped me off. One worker wants to be a rapper so I was listening to him in drive thru but I didn't check my food.
I used to love this place but now its just bad. They kept getting my order wrong whenever I was in drive through & DEFINITELY when I used Doordash. If you get something to eat here CHECK your stuff BEFORE you even get so much as a foot outside that door or drive through. Save yourself a possible long drive back.
If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Hadn’t been to this location in a while and made a mistake and went there last night. I received the worst unprofessional customer service. There’s nothing but young teenagers working here with no class or respect for paying customers. They literally took my money but didn’t give me all my food and let me walk out. When I came back the guy had the biggest attitude and was arguing with me. The so called manager was spineless and didn’t stop her employee. I got my money back and left before I caught a case. Will never return nor eat at this location again.
Oh my goodness I just ordered smokehouse combo which is a half chicken mashed potatoes and a regular drink for $7.49. Highly recommend you should come out and try it for yourself. Great taste in chicken moist and juicy and an amazing flavor. I should have taken photos but I was so hungry I swallowed a meal. Have chicken sounds big butt it’s not that bad.
I always get the 5 piece spicy tenders mashed potatoes and macaroni. The food is always good and service is nice even if they can be busy.
Terrible unprofessional service, employees are always angry with straight faces and expect to have attitude given to you by the big lady manager also you’ll get half your order I didn’t even bother going back, to see their faces again? Was missing half my order but I’m good.Relocating and dodging these miserable temps
Last night I went through drive thru and before I could hit my brakes, on the mic I heard,"what you ordering". It was a woman's voice. I said give me a bit please im viewing the menu. So I asked about the $7.99 5piece chicken only banner plastered on the front of the store. I repeated my self with the question twice and she answered with a grunt,sigh. I immediately knew something was off with the person taking my order. So I said I would like 10piece spicy meal for 4 four and was immediately cut off with,"is that chicken only". I repeated,10 piece spicy meal for 4, upgrade sides Mac and cheese, mash potatoes. So she explained I can choose 2 sides or 1 side and 4 biscuits. Don't know why she said that the order should already be clear to her. So we pull around and the chicken was boxed and I ask to the guy at the window, is this spicy and the lady with the mic said, if she asked for spicy it's spicy. So I said she wouldn't listen to me and she stuck her head out the drive thru window and yelled I can refuse your service and went Awauul. Her name is ROSA. I mentioned to her that's she's no leader and she shouldn't be working anywhere with that irate attitude. Also it's dangerous because she could really get hurt out here. She went even crazier and embarrassed herself. It's so sad that she behaves in that manner. Also the other employees where looking so timid, sad and ashamed. I mentioned I would report her and she said,SO! NOTHING IS GONNA HAPPENED TO ME. Also she took the regular chicken out the box and then made it spicy. So she wasn't listening at all and is not a prolike she thinks, she's a WACKJOB! FYI, call the number on the bottom of the receipt to report her. She continues to behave this way as they claim this location is not a corporate location. Also she posted a review below ,ROSA DIAZ and stated that Church's chicken is measley shoe money. She's basically saying there is no value working for Church's chicken so therefore she could never value herself, employees or customers. ROSA THERE IS HONOR IN ALL TYPES OF WORK.
The evening manager lady needs an attitude adjustment. If you can't handle running the place to be polite to customers instead of snapping at them because you're mad and talking down on your employees to customers then maybe that's not the job for you. As a multi business owner I highly recommend some training because that was very uncalled for I've never been treated like that at any restaurant.
