Upon entering we were met with several looks from servers, but no greeting. It took the hostess a minute to welcome us and seat us. While taking us to our table, she mentioned a couple of times that Chili’s had upped their prices again and “wanted us to know”. Our server was pretty great! He was quick, friendly and helpful. We placed our meals with no issues and the food was delicious. My husband ordered a beer and it was completely flat and he asked for a different kind, same thing. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, not a bad experience.
The food was mediocre. The service was less than desirable. My waitress just couldn't care about being there or show any interest. It took 20 minutes to get the first beer. It's like here is your order and don't bother again, kind of attitude. Then I'm expecting to tip her for her services. I paid cash so I handed her our total with tip included, which I feel I over tipped her for her lack of service. Not a thank you or any emotion at all.If the wait staff doesn't want to work- go home and we'll all eat fast food.
It would be nice to get something the way I ordered it at Chili's.The server though was AWESOME! Very attentive to all of his tables.
Horrible service, when we got there it was dead, but we waited 20 min to place a drink order, then it took another 20 min to get our drinks and appetizers, then after we placed our order, the people who came 30 min after us got all their food and drinks. The server never came back to refill our drinks, when we asked where our food was she went and got the manger after she chit chatted with another table for 15 min. We walked out of there not having to pay for our chips and drinks but will never go back.
It's been a while, largely due to Covig, that we have visited Chili's...were very much pleased at our noonish luncheon visit. Food was excellent and service staff excellent. It has reinvigorated our desire for a "dinner and movie" activity. Very nice.
4 stars because our experiences here range from pretty bad to really good. This is based on our most recent, Chris was our server, he was attentive, funny and friendly! Our food came out pretty quick, with only two small fixes (which is good for this place). Food was hot and as expected!
Had dinner here on 6/3. Our server was great however the kitchen and cleanliness were sub-par. My food came out (chicken fajitas) and the person delivering it said would be right back with my wife's meal (Caesar salad with salmon). Our server came my a few minutes later and informed us it would be about 10 mins or so for the salad as they forgot to put the salmon in the oven. Finally her food did come and her silverware pack didn't contain a fork. Asked for another and the fork was dirty. Next fork, dirt. Fourth packet was usable. Haven't been to Chili's in a long time, and not sure when I'll go back. Used to really love it, but with that and a much smaller menu, I'll go elsewhere. At least the manager comped her meal.
Not one of best meals I had at this Chili's,The ice tea was best part of my meal, our Waiter did his best and try to get the kitchen to get their act together....
The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were seated immediately and received our food quickly. The food is good and pricing is very reasonable.
Ordered da fajitas beef chicken and shrimp and it was absolutely delicious ?????????? I'm coming back real soon for that again ☺️
