Clean and quick seating. Food took a while to be served and some was missing ingredients. Staff was super helpful and courteous.
Hostess went to seat us at a dirty table. No biggie. It happens. She told us to hang tight while she got something to wipe the table down. We stood there with our kids for about five minutes when a server walking by asked what was going on. He was super polite, got a rag, and wiped things down for us right away. As he finished up, the hostess returned with a broom and swept a bunch of trash out from under the table. We sort of had a laugh and sat down without thinking much of it. We figured out what we would order and played games with our kids. We had pretty much finished the games on their place mats and started wondering why no one had been by to get our order or even start us with some drinks. We watched what seemed to be plenty of staff walking around seemingly without much going on. There were plenty of empty tables around and it didn't look like the kitchen was rushed. A few minutes later, we just quietly left without having ever had anyone stop by our table after we sat down.
We moved to this area 2 years ago just before Covid, and I have never had any problems with either the take out or dine in experience. Regarding the take out service, it’s usually pretty quick. There are times when they are busy that I’ve had to wait a bit, but I also understand that staffing is a big problem for everyone right now. Anyway, the food is always delicious and I have only positive things to say about this location. It’s one of the better ones that I’ve ever been to.
Long story short I’m black and when I had a concern the manager Justin gave no apologies or comps just said he already got his servers side of the story and excused her behavior because they are busy. Could have easily been resolved. Bad customer service: Won’t be back.
We were worried at first no employees were out front all were in a meeting. Only seating was in the bar. The bartender served us and she was great! Food was great too.
Don’t bother calling them for a Togo if it’s 30 before closing, apparently the systems don’t allow you to place a Togo order after 1030, even-though the website will give you the option to place an order. Doesn’t make sense for the website to state the hours of operation are until 11pm yet they won’t take orders after 1030. Not sure if this is a new policy because I have placed orders before late at night since I am also in the food industry, but turning down customers for Togo while still catering to guests that come to the restaurant to dine is not professional, if you don’t want to offer service until 11pm then adjust the hours.
Kyle was our server. He never smiled we had to ask him for everything, refills, napkins, even to take our plates away. We went there for my grandson's birthday lunch we informed him of that and he brought out a scoop of vanilla ice cream and just set it down in front of him. My son and daughter-in-law got the two for $25 and we had to wait forever to get their dessert by the time we left it had been over 2 hours which is not normal for lunch. To say I was disappointed would be understatement, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
Took a long time to get any service once seated. People behind us were seated 10 minutes after us and had their appetizer before we got our appetizer and drinks. Food came cold to the table and after getting our food no one checked on us to see if we needed anything or if our food was ok. Our glasses of soda sat empty half way through our meal and we were never asked if we wanted refills.And the restaurant was not busy
My family goes here alot for all kinds of different special occasions. Its a great place to take the family for bithdays and for family get togethers. they have great food, Great customer service, and a cozy family atmosphere. I highly recommend this Chili's for all familys to go to and enjoy and have a wonderful time.
In addition to potentially choosing between one and five stars in a review, there should be an option such as a thumbs down. This location does not even deserve one star.Waiter was great, within two minutes he arrived, took our drink and food order. Drinks came out immediately.Over an hour later, we inquired about our food status. Another twenty minutes later we left and went somewhere else to have dinner.Something is very wrong in the kitchen. Won't be back.
