Average to below average food and service. Had the Cajun pasta, Cesar salad. Worst Cesar salad I've ever had in my life. Average Cajun shrimp pasta. Service was average. The 2 other people in my party said they would never want to go back to Chili's again!
We arrived right as they opened and were one of the first customers to be there. We were sat immediately and greeted by our server. Our server took our drink order and we placed a kids meal order at the same time. By the time she came back with our drinks we were ready to order the meal. The four adult meals arrived before the kids meal, even though we ordered the kids meal first. I had to ask the person who brought the food where my child’s meal was. He brought it out shortly, but I was annoyed because I ordered that meal first for a reason and it was forgotten.. the food was pretty good but I definitely expected better service due to us being one of the first tables sat.
Appetizer and drinks "at the bar" is a must. The bartenders are a "home town" feel and personable. The monthly drink specials for $5 is a must try. You shouldn't be disappointed.
Had a great experience. Our server was the best I have had in my memory. I believe her name was Jennifer and I would say she could read my mind but she actually would bring fresh drink refills the moment I would finish the first glass and before I even made any sign that I would like a refill. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant with several TV's and the entertainment device they have at the tables is cool. This restaurant seemed to be managed very well.
Tried to take a good friend to dinner I ordered a steak ? I received a quarter size char-broiled... Reordered the steak received a $0.50 piece well done.. third time waitress would not serve it while there was two not one but two managers in the kitchen could not send one ou...??????.. I just flew back in from Minnesota all I wanted was a steak and garlic mashed potatoes..... unfortunately it did not happen... The waitress on the other hand was awesome I give her 10 thumbs up.... my dinner guess has even offered to work there he would be a major Plus to that establishment...... I don't think I can drop his name but I'm sure once this review has been read you will know who we are... I couldn't even take a picture of it I was so distraught..... However I will give Chili's one more chance to see if things have changed I believe in second chances....

I ordered a rack of ribs, steamed broccoli, and Mexican rice. I have a severe dairy allergy. This HAD been one of my safer restaurants. My plate came out with garlic bread on it. The HEAD CHEF came out and asked if he wanted me to just have him remove the bread from the plate. That is SO unacceptable!! I have multiple episodes of anaphylaxis with each exposure to dairy!! He shouldn’t have even ASKED that!!!
Very bad experience from host , manager , bartender and waiter.We walk in and it was busy I can be a human and understand that. We went to sit in the bar and waited for someone to approach us and when that did happened we ordered no problem. When my food comes out there was a long straight hair in my soup. I am of African decent and my hair is curly so it was not mine. I informed the bartender to grab a member of leadership for me. When the Manager came she said “ now what happened “ i showed her the hair and she grabbed the bowl and said sorry as she turned away. When our waitress finally walked by ten mins later I informed her that i would not be eating due to large hair in my food and I lost my appetite. She said well the foods already made. I don’t feel as if i should be held accountable for that. I told her that i would not be eating. The waitress and bartender decided to both go back and forth with me about the food and yell we cant give you free alcohol. I never said i would not pay for my drink. But i will not pay for food i did not eat. I just paid and left. This is what your policy calls for when your staff obviously doesn’t have on hair nets while cooking food ? But its my fault as i was going to take a bite of food a hair was sticking out.
My co workers and I went on our lunch break. We only had a hour and time was ticking. We asked for our server to bring to go boxes and she took forever. So two of us left to go to work and the other two stayed to bring our food back. They didn't give us all the food! Sloppy service and sloppy food. Never going again.
The bartender was great. I went in with my husband for happy hour and the next night with my girlfriend and he remembered me. That's kind of rare these days. They have GREAT happy hour prices.
