Went there for my birthday on the 6th. Meal was fantastic, actually cooked to perfection because it is so difficult to hit that sweet spot of rare/medium rare of prime rib in that you are not eating raw, but still having that cooked flavor. Nailed if. And the apps were great too! Even my son was impressed and cleaned his plate before I did. Had a good time and also enjoyed the server who was naturally nice and responsive, not the forced "niceness" you get sometimes for servers having a bad day....
Great staff, delicious food! Great deals too. Mind you I asked for no pico so normally it's a little more colorful.
I ordered the bacon chicken ranch quesadillas and they are usually fantastic. This time they didn't sit right with me. I ended up feeling very sick after eating them. Paired it up with the baked potato soup and it seems like they may have changed the recipe for it too? Overall this last experience wasn't the best and kinda left me not wanting to go back immediately
Due to labor shortage, they only had the bar side open today.Our bartender/waiter was attentive and quick despite being alone behind the bar.Food was what you expect from Chili's. Not great but good.I feel bad for that staff that actually showed up for work because they were busting their butts and most people are not in a position to tip them so they make a little extra. I tipped 30% to let the bartender know we appreciated how good he was doing.
Been coming to this location for years. I usually go with some kind of salad and their chicken enchilada soup (one of my favorites). The last few times I have come here my soup I have ordered has been barely warm. And the salads have not been great, but edible. Customer service is ok.
Cudoz to the crew! Our waiter Dominic is doing great. The crew is slammed with customers and extremely short staffed and yet things are flowing well. The food was good, and the staff still takes time to check on every customer.
Ordered curbside and arrived early so food wouldn't sit and get cold. Food still arrived COLD!! Ordered a steak medium rare and it was closer to medium well, leaving it tough and dry. Melted cheese on fries and mashed potatoes was hard like wax. Normally enjoy the food, it was a total disappointment this time.
Good drinks and good bar service. I've only ever gotten pasta there before yesterday, when I picked the bacon sliders.... I'll probably stick with that pasta next time. Not a burger to brag about for sure, but the fries are surprisingly good they made up for it.
Wow. I was surprisingly impressed with the service. The young man we had serving us went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious as well. Great spot to meet friends for dinner and have a cheap night out.
Pleasantly surprised by service. I had very low expectations after a terrible greeting from the hostess, but our server was amazing. Food was fresh and hot! My steak was much better than expected!
