The restaurant and bathroom was so clean. The service was excellent! The food was hot and delicious!

The girl who was greeting people was horrible! The guy who was initially up there didn't even acknowledge me when I came. My friend and I went in for a couple of drinks only. We were informed that they were short staffed and that they didn't have a bartender, so the manager would be making our drinks but we could still have them. Then as we continued to wait the glares and the ugly looks began to come. The guy who initially did not acknowledge me came over and was trying to explain the situation but was trying to word it as if we could even have drinks. So I politely broke it down to him and then it became oh yeah you can have drinks. Me and my friend both work with the public on a daily basis for our jobs and deal with a lot of mental illness. I feel like if you don't have customer service skills you shouldn't work with the public. The way we were talking to, the way we were looked at, put a very nasty taste in my mouth and so we took our business elsewhere and left. I will never go back to this establishment! I understand that it is a lot going on with pandemic, with places being short staffed or understaffed but if you can't do your job without being nasty then maybe you shouldn't even be there.

Hostess didn't make herself clear about the waiting time, so we sat in the bar area. Once we got seated, she came up and said there is a WAIT TIME FOR THIS AREA. Well don't we look stupid!??? We went back and put our name on the "waiting list". It took about 10 minutes. Ordered a burger and fries. The burger came out great, the fries on the other hand, were cooked TOO long. They were hard as rocks. By the time I told the waitress, (she did ask if I wanted fresher fries?) we were done eating. Wasn't filled up. Well be back, just not any time soon!

Service was slow! our waiter continuously forgot how many people were in our party, and forgot to ask for thier orders and at the wanted forgot to ask what dessert we wanted.there were six of us in our party and we did the two for $25 and we walked out paying $140! yes we had drinks but not $60 worth.we had a graduation to attend so i didnt have time to wait on the waiter since we rarely saw him.this is the 3rd time we have had horrible service. Time to find a new place!

Don’t let the young hostess with the worst attitude discourage you from this place. The server was great and the manager seems great just had been dealt a hard hand with lack of employees. Advice for hostess with the attitude….1) You don’t see people walk in; look at them then decide to go clean tables instead of seat them especially when the restaurant isn’t busy. 2) drop the attitude smile and just do your job as a hostess your bad mood is not needed 3) when a table asks you for silver ware and you acknowledge them and say you’ll be back then seat other tables don’t bring any silverware and get asked about it don’t tell the people you side toy can’t because you are a hostess and it’s not your job.

Steak was cooked good service was a little slow but server was nice

This place is absolutely superb. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The food tastes really good and it's really a overall great experience to dine in with a couple friends, family, etc. It's super busy some days but as it should be!

Smokehouse combo and triple slider chips and salsa, great food nice staff, great place

The food was amazing and so delicious the chicken, steak fajitas and shrimps were on point and cake lava out of this world?❤

Food was very good saw the bartender washing the glasses, she just soaked the glass for a few second shakes it for few seconds and rinsed. Was wondering how clean the rest of the dishes will be. I don't know if is how Chili's trains their staff .For me to do I better way to clean the glasses, she should scrub the glasses
