I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A's food, but I will purposely go out of my way to come to this location because I find the staff to be a lot more friendly and helpful. For example, on my order tonight my large fries was only half full and when I pointed it out they got me a new order of fries right way.
UPDATE: 6/10/22 - chick fil a reached out and refunded me for the missing item and soggy sandwich. I really appreciate the good customer care and prompt response. Thank you!6/9/22 never had a bad pick up order from a chick fil a until today. They didn’t give me my side salad, the bottom bun on my sandwich was completely soggy, and they didn’t include any sauces in the bag. It is partially my fault for not checking before leaving the restaurant, but also, they’ve never screwed up my order before.
This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A we have ever been to. The drive-in is always loaded up, so we order curbside when we come here. Curbside seems to be always faster. Good food choices and the most polite and courteous staff wait on us. Give yourself a real treat and have Frosted Lemonade.
I love this food,unfortunately like many places managers people in charge in this restaurant are being cheap with the amount of chicken and lettuce they put on salads,some times a few slices of egg ....all this just to save money and get more bonuses for them saving money for the business but the prices are more expensive but less food,I complained to the lady in charge about my salads not having enough chicken very little and she wanted to charge me more money for putting extra chicken when I was showing her the salad with not enough chicken and lettuce compared to the picture on the menu,that’s sad all they care is about bonus for themselves with less portions on the food they’re selling,I hope this has nothing to do with corporation telling them to do this,I think is the management in charge,I guess I’ll have to take my business somewhere else.....and since I couldn’t reply to the owners response here,is not about making perfect salads every time,if a customer brings to their attention to management and show that the salad is being short on chicken very little or salad on the others and their only response is “I can give you more for extra $$ it’s wrong,I wasn’t asking for free food just the proper amount of food that I was paying for,I purchased 4 salads on this visit
I order from you guys 3-5 times a week.I pulled up for my curbside order, entered my spot number, received my Order is being prepared" notice.3 minutes later a car pulls up next to me for curbside as well. Long story short, I sat and waited, watching 9 cars go through the drive through before my order finally comes out WITH the order for the guy that pulled up minutes after me.My food sat and died on the counter waiting so the curbside could save 70 steps.The food was delicious as always, after I reheated it. This is unacceptable.You guys need to fix this.
The food is too dry and it is just bread and fried chicken. They should enhance the flavor by adding more to the sandwich.The lines are extremely long but they are quick. I love their customer service. The price is average but it nos affordable for a large family.Overall, I was not impressed by the food. I ordered the equivalent to chicken fingers and I ended up with a heartburn for two days.I’ll give a 3 star for food and cost. 5 star for customer service. So my average is 4 stars.

It’s nice that the drive through is always flowing! We ordered nuggets and fries. If you have not tried the chick-fil-A sauce with your fries, your missing out!! So yummy!! The Smokey flavor is amazing. We always keep the extras for later use.
I came in on the 24th to find the lobby closed. I waited in a line of 9 for about 25 min and paid 40 dollars for 3 things (ouch). Ray Dawn butched my order and couldn't even make sure it was right before I left but had all the time in the world to stand and do nothing. It's not hard to put pickles on a sandwich that's asking for a couple extra, but instead I got to receive zero pickles. I know it sounds picky, but I get the sandwich for the pickles; so come on now. It's ridiculous how much you charge or how long it takes your workers to clear a line of 9. ONE STAR
This review is for Curbside pickup only.I've been here several times for curbside pickup and it is always a delightful experience, the food is always hot, the order is almost always correct, and the staff are very friendly - never had an issue with the staff being rude which is awesome. The one time they messed up they made it right on the same day, which is great. The quality of the food is spectacular every time, never had a food issue with something tasting bad or anything like that, been here a dozen times or so over the last 6 months or so. They recently added more curbside pickup spots which is nice.The app is awesome, they update it often, they reward you often for spending money with them, I often get an extra medium fries for free when I go there because of rewards points. The customization in the app is amazing, I wish more places had this level of customization, and they actually make the food how you customized it unlike other places (looking at you Taco Bell). The last time I went there they were out of CO2 and the app reflected that, so you could only order Powerade or Hi-C Fruit Punch at the time, I even called to confirm. It's cool they are so on-point with their operations.I will say however the lines for drive-thru lately have skyrocketed, not really sure why, but it's reached Raising Cane's levels of wrapping around the entire parking lot and causing some interesting traffic maneuvering. They added more curbside parking on the side, so it's not hard to get your curbside pickup order. I wouldn't go through drive-thru here unless you're willing to take the gamble on if there will be a giant line or not.
