I've never been to such a busy take out place in my life. I was 16th in line, which ran all the way around the building. But I was still out of there in less than 15 min. Truly Amazing! It tastes fantastic!
It was Friday and I thought the lunch rush would be over, but it wasn't. The place was super busy, especially the drive thru. Although, I was a dine in customer I was sitting in a great spot to witness how fast and efficient their service was for the drive thru.I ordered the basic chicken sandwich, waffle fries and I treated myself to a peach shake. Delicious. Everyone that works there was very friendly and the tables were clean. Loved my lunchtime spent there.
AsAs always the food and customer service was great. Had the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and it was on point as usual. Add the poly sauce to it, BOOM, flavor explosion in your mouth. But, you got be patient. The drive thru lanes are always crowded. If you wait for a moment, I promise you won't be disappointed.
It was very crowded yet the customer service was amazing. I discovered that the he staff has to give you refills. I was very impressed with the customer service and our waitress. I would have left her a tip if they were allowed to take them. Great food. The restaurant shouldBe larger.
I hate to do this, but I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. I don't know what has been going on here but their food has gone super downhill the past few weeks. The bun tonight was definitely not a Chick fil A white bun. Tasted like something you would pick up from Walmart. It was dry, stale and had no sweetness to it. My sandwich from last time we came was made wrong and had pickles on a grilled club... the packaging has also been really weird. First, it came in styrofoam boxes then tonight it came in soup containers... just, what? What is going on here? I think we will start eating at home from now on... seems like restaurants can't get their acts together lately. Second bad restaurant review in the past week. Disappointing, especially since I used to love Chick-fil-A.
delicious food, super efficient service, and kind and accommodating employees. so nice using the app! chick-fil-a has their system down! they should be running most government buildings, hospitals, and major institutions because they find a way to genuinely meet people’s needs super efficiently while maintaining professionalism and care.
Service was fast and the staff was friendly but just so disappointed to get home dig into my Cobb salad and find a white piece of hair at the bottom of it ?
Right now, I’m in love with the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich! And for some reason their hash brown rounds are amazing. This is a great spot for a quick breakfast yummy.
This location was the best of the best when it comes to service! They were super fast and productive, yet as friendly as they come. But the last three times I have been there the quality has dropped significantly, which made me want to make a new review, changing it from five stars to only two! My orders have either been messed up, or have taken nearly 30 minutes when I ordered to go. Tonight was the last straw for me. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular spicy chicken, which it also said on the receipt. So this was more than a common mistake, considering it was right before they closed and I couldn't bring it back, and request they re-do it. And I couldn't get a refund because they had already closed. I don't know what has been going on the last few weeks, but they have not been the quality service Chick Fil-A usually is.
I love the food here. I always go to this location because it's close to my work and always go during the rush but they still manage to get us served decently quickly. Good crew
