Just stopped in for fries and water. Being pregnant, I forgot to order water. The server brought us our food and gladly left to get a large iced water and returned promptly with two brownies as well. She said it was for the baby. I appreciated the service and extra kindness to a forgetful pregnant lady.
Ordered 5 sandwiches, three fries and two nugs in advance via the app. Was made to pull off to the side while three cars behind me got their food before me. When I got home, none of the sauce I ordered on the app was in the bag. This was an advance order and performance was poor. I'd go zero stars if I could.
2 bad experiences: one - Delivery order Missing lemonade yet it was clearly on the receipt. Their brownies cost almost $4 and are literally one inch wide by one and a quarter inch long. This is expensive as all their items are so I don't understand how they can't afford to pay for good workers that don't miss items on your receipt and don't send food out before double checking an order. Shame on Chick-fil-A!Two: the workers in the drive through are very distracted even when not busy. I actually pulled in and they went to the car behind me to take their order without giving me a look at all. 3 teenage girls all talking and not paying attention. Then when the girl came to my car to take the order the other 2 followed and they wouldn’t stop talking to each other when I was trying to place my order. I had to interrupt them to get my order in. It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional no matter what age you are. If you’re old enough to have a job you’re old enough to understand professionalism in the workplace. the drive-through wasn’t that busy. the fact that they missed me number one was really annoying but then when they had to follow in a pack and talk and talk and not let me get my order in I was mad. You’re almost criminally high prices should Guarantee good service in return.I don’t need a manager to respond to this to say that they want to get some further information so they can assist And actually do nothing just as a smoke screen that they’re doing something for the public perception. I would like Chick-fil-A to actually provide food that is comparable in quantity and size that Actually aligns with their pricing because right now the value is not there at all .
The reviews on this location are accurate. McDonald’s? Sure. Burger King? Maybe. Wendy’s? Possible. But you guys? Unacceptable.
Three times is a charm. The latest visit to this store is the last visit for me.Twelve employees working, all look like they are running around lost. This was this past Saturday afternoon. It took 4 employees and 15 minutes after I got my order to get the milkshakes I ordered. 4 times I had to reach out while standing there for our shakes as our food got cold. And Lord have mercy, the milkshakes were runny.I spent 30 bucks for this… the worst I’ve EVER experienced with this company. I’ll take my money elsewhere ?♀️
Loved the service and the Cobb salad. They have a new system like in&out for the drive through so it goes by fast. They also have fans and mist if you want to roll down the window! They were quick, efficient and professional. We will be back.
Food was fine but service was not like any Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Staff were less than helpful and even avoided eye contact to not have to help me with something as I waited at the pickup area. I understand they’re busy but there were tons of people working and I was a paying customer. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’ve never been disappointed with Chick-fil-A service until today.
Very polite and quick, however we’ve learned to double check our orders before we pull away from the restaurant. For us, it’s been a 50/50 if the order is correct or if it’s missing key parts. Most recent trip was missing parts out of two orders.
Used to be great. After they re-opened, I have experienced mistake after mistake. Missing food item, wrong item, etc. The last straw was getting fries with a ton of salt when I requested no salt. The receipt reflected no salt. Couldn't eat the food item I paid for.And complaining, in order to get it resolved, is a pain.Just not worth it anymore. I go to a different chick fil a, or go to Taco Bell next door.
Love their food. I can't really rate on the employees their always busy since this is a busy location. They don't have much time to talk and actually interact but they keep the lines going fast which is nice.
