At 12:02 the cashier really didn't give a F about customer service... I ask for half no onions on the 12 inch ft long Philly cheesesteak and she straight out said no ... Thanks to the two cooks they made it happen ... by the way no fries were available only online orders.
This is a review of Charleys at Walmart Signal Butte Rd that just opened and we decided to give it a try. Overpriced and too few selections for toppings, NO OLIVES!!! And they only have white bread. $14.38 for 9 inch Philly and 4 PCs Mozzarella sticks, rather steep and it doesn’t come with a drink and/or chips or fries. When you actually fold the sandwich, the width of the sandwich is somewhat the size of a hotdog bun! Not good! Service was good though. I give it ⭐️solely for those reasons. I still prefer Subway.
It could be cheaper it was ok just not enough but love there fruit lemon aid drinks
It's like Steak Escape but not good. The fries are half-cooked and mealy and they give you a 2oz cup of ketchup with about a half ounce of ketchup in it (only on request). I ate the sandwich because I was starving and it wasn't terrible.
Charley’s inside Walmart on Signal Butte Rd. First time, big disappointment. Ordered 2 philly combos, reg size to dine in. Guests in front of us got order “to go.” Their # was called- made to eat in. Workers fixed it right at front counter, no gloves “to go.” Our # was called- all pkg “to go” when it was for dine in. No worries, until we unwrapped our sandwiches- bbq philly had NO bbq sauce & other reg size had meat only on one half of roll. Took it back to counter, she thinks we may received wrong order. They remade sandwich- 100% improvement. As we cleaned up our table, we took bag to trash- overflowing with trash, so we just left it on top. Sugar packets were dumped all over drink station. Two employees watched us while standing nearby talking in dining area. Manager- ??? Not sure one was even there. Kids handled everything best they could. Was steady flow of customers, but manager should have seen what was going on.
Almost $13 for basically half a sandwich. First and last time ordering from this place.
Tasted great going in. Unfortunately two of us got the bubble guts 20 minutes later. I'm sure it was just the one thing the 2 of us ate. It happens, not all food can be great all the time. Going to try it again anyway to see if it was just a flu. Lol
By far the worst experience at Charley's ever , paid almost 40 for 2 meals that had only meat and cheese and when asked where the veggies were they gave us a tissue paper with raw bell peppers in it they were not cooked and put into the sandwich for some reason.businesses like this are charging more money for poor quality, there was more bread than any other item.... we ordered a Philly cheesesteak not a loaf of bread with slivers of meat and cheese.
When you work customer service, it is extremely inappropriate to yell at everyone in line because you’re stressed.- someone who also works customer service
Really good cheesesteaks. When you can get them. Twice in the last 4 months I've really wanted one, so much so I drove miles out of my way to get one. Both times I've left disappointed. The First time they had no onions somehow.Just yesterday, 11/19/2021, I went with my son only to be informed they were, "Sorry, but only serving drinks and French fries," at the time.I honestly won't be returning despite having been a long-time customer at the location. When I go out of my way to pick up specific food, and the place cannot even provide me with the actual food it's named for and that I'm there for as Charley's "No" Cheesesteaks has now done twice out of two visits, I find that unacceptable and won't offer further patronage.I expect more from a business, and the lackadaisical way many businesses actually perform lately is pushing me to just avoid the ones who cannot function as advertised and help the ones that do.
