This location just can’t figure it out. How is there not someone in charge making sure this place works? The new staff is so slow it is absolutley insane. There is no rush what so ever. It’s painful. I keep coming because I love the food. But please figure out staffing.
Tasted good on the way in. But got diarrhea 10 minutes later. It is the second time this has happened here at this location. But never at the others. Please fix, or wash you fithy hands. Thanks.
Where do I start? Store was filthy. The 3 workers all looked like there were going to cry at any minute and had the urgency of a turtle which sure didn’t help service! Food was soooo soggy and bad! Will never be back.
The manager, Debbie, has done an excellent job of training and setting the example of excellent customer service. I highly recommend Charley's at 1606 S Signal Butte in East Mesa!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT CHARLEYS HAS COME TO WALMART!!! This location serves wings!!! The employees at this location are friendly and so willing to please. Deborah the GM is always on the grill making sure my philly comes out quickly and delish.. This manager goes out of her way to make my children smile...they absolutely adore her. One suggestion bring back the old school permanently.
Deborah is one of the most down to earth employees. Always super helpful and regardless of the situation she keeps a smile on her face. She always shows up and does 100%. Any company would be so lucky to have her as an employee! ?
Waited almost half hr, just for one sandwich. they had 6 people in the back messing around and not doing nothing, never got my food and asked for a refund. will never go back to this one
The worst Charley's we've ever had. None of our3 sandwiches were what we ordered, we were shorted an order of fries, the meat was dry and the veggies & cheese were non existent. The only redeemable quality was the blueberry lemonade. After reading the horrendous reviews about the manager at this location I didn't bother calling.
I LOVED Charley's in Texas so I was happy to see one closer! But, really? I would NEVER have given these to a customer. They barely had meat, onions or peppers nevermind the other things that I asked for on it! So disappointed (this was the second time here). The first time I went they also made the sandwiches wrong. I get they are "learning" however, this is sad and ridiculous! They don't have a working phone number, corporate doesn't even recognize it as a store yet. Doesn't matter won't be back!
Good presentation of food. Food was okay. Pricey but everything is right now. Ease of access as a food court. Still getting into the swing of starting up.
