We frequently eat at Charleston and never experienced horrible customer service like today. The curb side representative and the manager spent more time telling me what I couldn't have instead of trying to to be accommodating. I consistently order their catfish platter (which is not cheap) and sub out the french fires for the onion straws. I know it's not technically on their menu but never had a problem getting them before. Then I ask for my order to be pushed back 15mins to match the orders I was picking up online for my coworkers. Curb side representative refused. So much for looking out for customer. Will not spend my money their again.
Great spot for high quality meals. The atmosphere is spot on and the staff is very polite. We like to have dinner with my grandparents here, they enjoy the classy atmosphere. Also, the mixed drinks are well curated.
Great customer service, they are all very nice. Food was all prefectly cook.Blackberry Mule was delicious and prefectly sweet.Catfish platter - crispy and not over cooked.10oz Filet Mignon - medium well was prefect, soft and juicy.Baby back ribs - meat fell off the bone, more of a sweet bbq than I normally go for.Fish of the day : Halibut - prefectly seasoned and blackened is the best.To Go : Key lime pie & German chocolate cake - sweetly delicious.
Ordered food from Charleston’s for the first time definitely darker so kind of bringing the kids there definitely has a separate mood. But aside from that good food I didn’t like the texture of their roast beef but it tasted great. Big shout out to the waiter I forgot his name he had dreads though it was a cool guy
Great bar for solo (or group) dining!Very friendly staff, with great cocktails, wine, and food!We had the dynamite shrimp and salmon caesar and both were great!Highly recommend if you’re in the area
My coworkers/friends took me here as a gift for my birthday and what a gift it was! I ordered the shrimp scampi on a angel hair pasta and it was fantastic! The cheesey bread they served on as the side was not like any I have ever had but in a good way. Very crunchy with a perfectly chewy slightly gooey layer of cheese on top. ??? The waiter that served us was on top of his game and was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice and I had a very enjoyable experience over all. I would recommend trying this place if you never have. I will definitely be going back to try other dishes and look forward to my next visit!
Very Nice Place to Eat . I liked that you can order substitutes like instead of A baked potatoes I had the Mushrooms with Prime Rib And a Salad that comes with A yummy crescent
OUR Go to place while in Phoenix!! Chicken Fired Chicken is sooooo good!! Warning...its a Two meal portion. I Love food, but this is too much for one setting meal!! Enjoy!
Brother was in town and he wanted a steak dinner. Charleston's is your place for sure! We sat at the bar and ordered a drink. Within about 15 minutes we were seated. Kenny was our waiter and he was wonderful. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and it was dynamite!! Enough to share for sure! Ordered the fillet and sirloin steak dinners which come with either Caesar or house salads...both were good. Also comes with a great baked potato. They had no problem substituting broccolini for brother's baked potato. Great ambience, great food and great service. Can't wait to go back.
The ambiance! Low lighting and secluded tables. I had the red velvet cake for dessert and it was to die for!
